Went to the 2025 British MotoGP full weekend at Silverstone and honestly the vibe was underwhelming. The track is massive but that means you’re often way off from the action. Most grandstands felt half-empty and merch stands were nearly non-existent. Everything was expensive... tickets, food, travel. As always. the on-track action was class, but missing festival atmosphere from past years when I've been.

The racing and atmosphere are great fun!

The British fans are always a great laugh and muck in!

However, the pricing and what you get for it could be better.

The field car parking, especially in the wet is still a very big issue.

Access too and from the track in the single lane roads, is also still an issue.

Accessibility for people who have trouble walking is also an issue.

(People have advice, and wanted to help but not everyone had all the necessary information...)

This is what brings my rating down to A 3 star - Can definitely do better.

I'm sorry to be so harsh, but it's because I know it's in you guys to fix all these points.

Come on, I know you can do it!

This experience was maximum fun and excitement, made all the better by the excellent organization of the facility

2023 was my third time at Silverstone so I have a pretty good idea now how it all works. The circuit felt a busier than previous years, maybe they've added more capacity? That said, most queues still moved fairly efficiently like getting in, grandstands, toilets etc. so they did a good job on that front.

Weather was a bit cloudy at times but held out and race day was fine. Race was good but not as eventful as others in last few years. Felt sorry for Lewis but great to see Nando doing so well!

Plenty to see and do around circuit outside of racing. We didn't stay until the evening concerts so can't comment on those. Food is usual range of temporary catering you'd expect, there's a fair number of options but always a little pricey at these type of events.

Downside was mobile reception - struggled to get internet access. Leaving on Sunday by car was also very slow. But these types of things are difficult when you have so many people in a small area.

Overall a good experience, will wait to see what happens with prices to decide on 2024 as the 2023 pricing went a bit crazy with it changing so quickly last year.

Went with my partner on Sunday and we loved our seats in Luffield. The view was fantastic and near the f1 village and lots of food and drink vendors nearby to suit all tastes. The race markers were also really friendly and a positive atmosphere everywhere. I took 1 star off because of the amount of queues, particularly for bathrooms and the car park in and out - I know it's a challenge for a big event but think this could have been managed better. Otherwise a great day.
