Amazing!! Vegas knows how to put on a show! Sat on main straight - good views. VERY expensive though but it is vegas. Think will keep getting better and could be one of the best in time
Having been to COTA before, I was excited to have an F1 on the east side of the US! I was a little bit unsure what to expect going in having read all the media about local opposition and drivers unhappy but when I arrived all I found was excited and enthusiastic people even some Vegas residents I met! I heard Thursday night was a bit of a fiasco from the drain cover coming off, but I only attended on Saturday's race. I was in SG3 near the Sphere and had a pretty good view of the track and whole area was lively and busy. Overall racing was good for a street circuit and I really enjoyed the night even with a late start! Maybe moving it 1 hour earlier would have been better from my perspective. I'm glad I went and would definitely go again.
A mixed bag! Navigating to the event was like trying to find the end of a Vegas buffet line. Once in, the everything was fantastic! The cars and crowd!
But seriously, getting kicked out during FP2? That soured the mood. Food was alright but nothing spectacular. Loved the racing action but the organizers need to iron out the kinks especially considering the prices.
Well done to Max! Ferrari for 2024!!!
Las Vegas sure knows how to throw a party, and the F1 GP was no exception! The atmosphere was electric with excited fans buzzing all around. Had a bit of a hiccup on Thursday but it's a new race. Food could've been better for the price we paid, and maybe more variety wouldn't hurt. But the those cars zooming by under the Vegas lights? Unforgettable! Would I come back next year? Bet on it!
