It was amazing, nice environment food and overall organization.
The QTF APPLICATION was not working well, I used to visit help desk to activate my tickets .
Free gifts were limited.
The staff in Exonmobile booth were not well organized.they were giving free balls infront of us to people they know, while we were waiting in a queue but we did not get it!!!.
It was beautiful event.
I emailed to participate as a volunteer a few times but no body responded to my emails
On line tickets purchasing was so difficult to get through
This was a great venue and well organised. However not being allowed to bring food and particularly water into the event is real downside especially when it is very warm.
The facilities are OK but the booing and bullying noise from the spectators made the experience unpleasant
For a true tennis fan, the Qatar Open WTA 1000 was paradise - close up viewing and access to all the top players for matches and for warm ups. The best I've experienced and beats the Grand Slam venues for access and viewing. The venue was meticulous with easy access to information and help from the team of support staff. Information was easily available through the venue and online. I will be back!
Excellent facilities. Kind and friendly staff
The first day at the event we got the free tram to the event. The queues at the disembarking tram stop were horrendous, organised chaos.. The second day, we walked down to the event from Flinders street station. It’s a lovely walk without the queues. I recommend people use this entrance, no stress and better than being packed on to a tram like sardines.
The venue was amazing once in though. We had ground passes for two consecutive days. The second day was much busier than the first, probably due to the first day being a bit rainy. Got to see loads of tennis and tennis players. Watched games mainly on the outside courts which were very easy to access. On the second day watched a match in the Kia Arena. I recommend getting at the court very early if you want to watch a specific match as queues were forming on the busy second day. We knew which matches we wanted to watch and where, as we had looked on the Australian open website before we went. We were glad we had done this as there didn’t seem to be boards in the venue displaying this information. Free WiFi was available in the venue, so we could check on the Australian open website as to Match time delays and updates

Excellent, efficiently rn event
Disappointing this year. Struggle to get there due to the public transport closures. Games rescheduled on the day to what seemed illogical decision so 3 games to be played from 4.30pm and no games prior. The last game would be starting very late. Quite a big ask for spectators to stay that late then with very limited transport home. The mens final only lasted 1 game ( out of the organisers control i know) but paid $400 to watch one game as the mens ended early and the doubles would finish too late to get home. Not great value for money . What we did see was amazing but not great organising in general this year . Have been for many years but not a great experience.this year unfortunately.
Disappointing not to see any of the world top competitors at this event, the atmosphere layout and experience was great. Drinks and eats were very expensive, and these prices really need to be looked at. Not sure if I'd go again
As usual the organisation and players were great. Unfortunately I have the same ‘complaint’ as I have voiced by emails previously. I accompany a person with disability and the first time we were seated in the North stand area for disability seating the chairs provided were good. Last year and this year they are not suitable. To hard and not easy for anyone to push themselves up from. I did observe that the good chairs are still being used in the lower east court side section. So therefor I see no reason why these cannot also be provided or at least given as an option to persons with disabilities! Frankly even I have suffered from a sore back today even though we brought cushions to help and I do not have a disability. It would also be polite to have at least an acknowlefgement of this correspondence.
We enjoyed the final day , but was dissapointed with quarter final day with players pulling out of games due to injury and we didnt get value for our tickets.Overall the tournament was well run , but some foods were too costly . Example magnum ice cream for $8.20 and Pirate Beer can $15
Well organised event with easy access to facilities.
Disappointed that local wines weren’t available in the general admission area.
Awesome time, but where was Coco?!

Really well organised with heaps of staff and helpers to make the experience so smooth. Only gripe was the unavailability of the east room which was given over to the corporate big wigs....
Good Value Event

Great tournament. Nice and close to the players. The roof helps with the heat too. Only negative was the outrageous prices for food and drink! Please reduce them for next year.
