Friendly staff, good atmosphere

Attended the finals of ATP 250 at Maccorca. Attended, also, the 2nd round of ATP 250 at Athens. The quality was more or less the same which made me to believe that the quality of the tennis level received in Athens was actually higher than any other regular ATP 250 event. No doubt that this is only happenned thanks to Novak Djokovic! Thank you GOAT. In details the court was fantastic, the people supportive, the event very organized. Please continue like that and I am sure that the next year's event will be even better!

Too hard to get to especially for the 5pm on a friday semifinals. was in traffic for an hour.

The experience at this WTA 500 tournament was great...even though it was just the qualifiers but the atmosphere was really awesome!

It was a great experience to be at Shanghai Rolex Masters.Very well organised and professionally executed. Looking forward to be there next year 2026. Congratulations and thanks to the organisers and the rest of the team and staff members for an amazing event.

This was my second time attending the Rolex Masters. The only two problems I encountered were 1) difficulty in transferring my ticket when someone in my group fractured her ankle and couldn’t attend and 2) the handrails in the stadium had gaps in between and as I needed help climbing up and down it was difficult

Amazing day at the court

It was a good experience and the crowd management was pretty good, except for foreigners who attended with passport verification. It was not so convenient to reenter the Diamond Court without being escorted by the friend who booked the tickets on our behalf. The ushers at the gate kept on insisting to check the original booking on the mini app, and passport verification was not sufficient.

It was an amazing experience being the first time in China. The event was well organized, and the courts were clean. Watching the top players live was out of this world.

It was an experience of a lifetime, unforgettable. The only thing we would have loved is the use of Visa instead of drawing cash as some of us travelled far, we came from South Africa. We will definitely attend again

Very well organised n helpful staff

I enjoyed the Tennis event indeed. The venue is great and the schedule of all the matches is very well coordinated and compact. time efficeiency is impressive.

ONE BIG SHAME is that, in this very advance technology era, the event is still using physical ticket entry. There is complately no e-ticket arrangement. It beats me, really backward thinking.

This review is from a visiting American’s point of view… Once you have purchased your tickets online and entered all the information that that requires, to enter the stadium you just need your passport. From what i saw you can bring in a backpack - did not seem to have a ‘clear bag’ policy. Of course you need to be able to show your seat number if needed once you are in the stadium. The stadium and the surrounding grounds are really nice, especially at night when the buildings light up. There are food vendors, some promotional booths and a small retail shop where you can buy Hangzhou tournament related items. The restrooms have mostly squatting toilets but there was one “accessible” (western) toilet in each. I would recommend going to at least one match in which a Chinese player is playing. The fans really get behind them which makes the experience more fun. If you ever have a chance to attend the Hangzhou Open- take it.

What I didn’t like is that we were promised to receive a message when the tickets are going to be available, but we didn’t receive the message on time and therefore weren’t able to buy the tickets we wanted to. The tournament was interesting although none of the players were from the top 20 in the world. The organizers and the fans were able to watch the finale even though it was raining. I liked the content that was outside of the stadium because there was a lot to choose from depending on if you wanted to eat or drink something.

Ci vengo da 4 anni. Torneo ben organizzato in una location molto bella. Ottima occasione per una vacanza a base di mare e buon tennis. E tutte le sere, nell'arena dell'impianto, si balla con Dj e gruppi musicali. Atmosfera rilassata, è facile incontrare i giocatori per strada e fare foto con loro.

Bellissima location, organizzazione ottima, però una piccola nota negativa, uno compra un biglietto e già spende non poco, non puoi far pagare € 10,00 per il parcheggio in mezzo a un campo per un paio d'ore, spero venga recepito quanto ho evidenziato, Dario (Trieste)
