A good dayout! Facilities were good!

Maybe need another coffee stall! Less food choices this year too

The only thing which spoiled an otherwise brilliant day was the catering provision. The only sandwiches available were on white, gluten free bread. This would have been ok but the bread was inedible, having the taste and texture of hard, flaky cardboard!

Everything was as I expected and enjoyable. I would have given five stars if there had been water available. To not have access to free water is very poor in my view

Had the most wonderful time

Tennis was great, but a couple negatives.......the Metro and bus getting to and from the venue was OK, except the bus was non air-conditioned, and very hot. Traffic leaving the venue via taxi was the worst jam I've ever been in......football match next door.

Due to rain delays in a day session, thousands of evening ticket holders left standing outside the venue, with little or no communication.

Friendly atmosphere,- love the easy access to all the courts-love the food choices and very best is the big open tent with tables and tvs and SHADE.Enjoyed the interviews on the deck- the parking and shuttle were also very east

Over all it was a good experience.

It would have helped to have to entry points for Tribuna 3.

Also to have an alignment between the time granting acces during breaks and the time the players where ready, the people where still standing and the game was resumed.

A great venue with some surprisingly good players, considering it was a 250 event. Found the seats slightly uncomfortable, as they had no back support. Good that a fair amount of seats were in the shade. To put the tournament on a global level, beer sales on site would help. I understand the alcohol situation in Morocco, but directly opposite the venue are 3 bars/restaurants all selling beer.

It was’t announce the hour for sngle final , after that was pospone.

As usual a brilliant event. Everything good. Staff looked after me from the entrance with help to the lift then gave me bottled water. V impressed.

Barnes Tennis Center and the San Diego Open offers an amazing opportunity to be much closer to the world class players who play there and the price for the event is but a fraction of what one pays for other comparable tennis events. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves, or play tennis, it's incredibly inspirational!

The food at Barnes for the tournament was embarrassing the “protein bowl “ was so bad why not get a couple local food trucks to provide the food and have at least one vegetarian option the protein bowl was the same price with or without protein. Without the protein it was a scoop of beans and a scoop of rice $18 SD has so many local food trucks that are delicious and would support locals. The lines calls at the matches were pretty bad as well how is SD going to get a ATP 250 or higher with this kind of stuff? Positive note the tennis action was top notch
