Excellent had a great time
The most difficult aspect of attending the Qatar Open is being able to open an account and then open and access the account. We had to on multiple occasions contact the central office for help. It was our first time and we had a major concern if the tickets were genuine. Having said that the tickets were very well priced and the event very well organised, with the staff on duty being very helpful. Food and wash room facilities were excellent. Many thanks. Ian
Amazing, well organised event!
Superbly organised.

I attended every session of the DOHA ATP tournament as I have done for the past 4 years. A new schedule was introduced this year with a day session and a night session for the first 4 days. This necessitated clearing the Centre Court between day and night sessions. Thursday’s day matches ran late so it needed to be a quick turnaround for the night session. I was waiting patiently in the queue outside the stadium. The stadium was emptied but many many people (probably around 100) walked out of the stadium but refused to come down the many stairs to ground level to join the queue. People in the queue were asking the many security personnel to clear the stair wells but they made no effort to do so and eventually just told the people on the stairs to go back into the stadium. This caused somewhat of a stampede as the queue surged forward. I am 75 years old and I was knocked over on the stairs. Luckily someone helped me up and I managed to gain entry but the whole experience was upsetting and dangerous. Someone could have been seriously injured. Also I’m guessing some of the people who were waiting in the stairwells may not have had tickets for the night session as no-one had chance to check their tickets in this mad rush.
I love this tournament and travel from the UK to attend. The Alcaraz frenzy is definitely a thing now but QTF must ensure the safety of their attendees in the future.
Just a quick suggestion to make it more comfortable - have an option to hire a seat cushion for the day which would be returned at the end of play; those plastic seats are really uncomfortable.
Fantastic venue for tennis.
The tournament arrangement was excellent . But the day & night ticketing system caused some confusion
Overall a great tournament and interactive and accessible for all. Some issues with organisation of fans for example no seat numbers in middle and upper stands caused issues in semi finals where fans sat on stairs and people used spare seats for bags and coats. Others took people's seats if they got up to go to bathroom etc. Everybody was issued wrist bands for each day of the tournament but were never used in any way and served no purpose. Fans had to show ticket multiple times just to get to their seating zone.
The experience of watching professional tennis in a wonderful venue. But the ticket access through SeatGeek was a nightmare. Why can’t you buy more than one ticket at a time. They charge way too much for service fees. Love the venue but hate SearGeek.
My Daughter and I really enjoyed our Quarterfinals Day & Night Sessions of the Dallas Open 2026!!!
It was a great set-up for the matches and the fans. Lots to see and lots to do in the Fan Base as you entered the Tournament plus really good vendors throughout. Our Center Court Section 5 tickets for the Day Session required quite a few stairs to climb, but we could handle it. Being on Row 1 meant we had the glass barrier in front of us, but we adjusted to it. The view from these seats was Fantastic!
Our Evening Session seats were in Section 127 of the main seating in Row 3 - great seats with lots of feel for the energy of play. Being so close to the Omni Hotel was a plus for transportation!
A wonderful experience and a real contrast to attending two years ago at SMU.
The ATP Dallas Open 500 has arrived in the Tennis World!

When the weather is warm and sunny two to three times more fruit & ice is required for the Pimms. Unlike last year please make sure there's enough. Please also lower the price of Pimms.
Great atmosphere! Great tennis! Queues and abuse of the pass out system significantly impacted our experience!
Really do not appreciate the blasting of music at intervals during matches. Spoils the true ‘tennis’ ambience. Seems a fabulous sport & sporting event turning into a music festival & non tennis hype with every passing year. Every tennis lover I know feels the same. I have attended 1 day & 1 evening session for last 25 years, so speaking from experience.
We enjoyed each match we saw we were in reserve seats which was because of our age. 78 and 80. Getting into the ground was not acceptable standing and waiting in the sun. Once inside we were amazed how nice the venue is. After spending three days there we were very much involved in watching it through to the end . We were disappointed to see the venue for double and wheelchair venues not well attended for the finals. Surely if you reduced your prices there would have been a better crowd to enjoy such wonderful games. Also we had to pay an extra four days accommodation as your website was confusing which confused a lot of people. Wonderful tournament good tv coverage.
First time visiting the Adelaide International tournament. After going to the AO for many years, we thought we would try a different tennis experience and we were not disappointed. We saw some superb tennis matches with some highly ranked players. Tried different seating options over the few days that we attended, and all were good, although we particularly liked the seating with tables. All staff that we interreacted with were friendly and helpful and the food and drink options were very good. Only comment I would make to the tournament organizers is for more seating in the area where the food trucks are. We will definitely be back in future years.
We have been attending the woman's semi final days tennis for many years now and have enjoyed the days immensely. However, this year we were extremely disappointed with the days schedule. We also along with those around us found the temporary seats in the Robinson stand very uncomfortable.
The second semi final was way too late in the evening and we along with many people chose not to stay. It can't be a good look with so many empty seats for such a prestigious match.
As we travel a distance to attend, we will certainly be looking closely at the timing of the matches in future before deciding to attend.
The many people we have talked to share these comments and hopefully you can return to hosting a great day that we could enjoy again.
Thankyou
Small event compared to Brisbane international but good tennis and very helpfull support staff. We had no idea where we were going on the first day. Courtside Club was a great spot but not for the night session due to sun going down though for maybe 30mins a level.
Book early for the best prices as well.

Great venue, lots of fun!
Stadium well sign posted and easy to move around. Ground staff very helpful and friendly.
Despite the umpires asking for quiet during play, the noise from the corporate areas was very loud and ongoing. Perhaps those hosting in the corporate boxes could brief their guests of common protocols at such events.
Other than that very enjoyable.
