This event includes both a singles draw (5 rounds) and a doubles draw (4 rounds), both in a classic knock-out format, with all matches played to the best of 3 sets.

There are numerous food and drink kiosks open during the tournament, as well as a trio of on-site restaurants: 2 adjacent to the main foyer, and a third in the Tennisdorf, which is for Tennisdorf ticket holders only.

The main entrance to the venue is located next to the St. Jakob tram stop, at the corner of Brüglingerstrasse and St. Jakobs-Strasse.

There are toilet facilities conveniently located throughout the venue.
