The organisers of the Swiss Indoors encourage spectators not to bring children aged 5 and under, as the event is deemed unsuitable for young children. Children aged 6 and over must have a full-price ticket, and must sit on their own allocated seat.

There are no discounted tickets for students and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.

There are no discounted tickets for senior citizens and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.

There are no discounted tickets for members of the military and so a full-price ticket must be purchased.
