LPGA Tour Event Reviews

This is the United States women’s open. Why do we have to be subjected to British commentators? Do we not have capable qualified commentators in the United States golf community? I get really turned off by these foreign announcers!

The event was great. Recommend more drink venues along the course. What dates are the 2024 in April?

It would be helpful if the people who are carrying the score boards would change the Number before they leave to the next hole and turn the board so everyone can see The results

Awesome experience… again this year

Went Friday, had 2 tickets as result of my price plus card, however when I tried retrieving tickets on my phone they were no where to be found. Ticket sales lady was great, asked us to sign and include our email, gave us 2 tickets. Walking the area where sponsors were was nice, various free samples was a nice touch. Access to see players and trails roped off for walking course was well planned out. Parking was easy, free was nice. Only negative was when we bought a few hot dogs, guessing around 5 -6 hole, they were terrible, prices were fine.

Looking forward to next year.

I have been attending this event for nearly 20 yrs and always enjoy it' I have been friends with May and Mo the Jutunagarn sisters and Waen Pornanong Phatlum through all these years'. The Course is fantastic and has some very hard holes that makes a great challenge right up to the 54th hole. The layout of the course and viewing areas are great though it can get a bit congested on the Sunday' The amount of work and Money Honda put in to this effect and they are rewarded by the fantastic support they get every year.

Great viewing. Maybe more water taps available.

Outstanding Experience. We were able to see the best players in the world up close, unlike a PGA Tour event. Would have liked a larger selection of gear.

HUGE MISTAKE MOVING TOURNAMENT FROM MISSION HILLS. I’ve attended this event since 1997. This will be my last one. Extremely poorly run. No one had any clue what they were doing. Most spectator unfriendly course.

The tournament was well organized and fun to attend. Will be back next year!

Was great i volunteered as marshal and worked all week

Overall had a good time. Volunteers very helpful and friendly and everything was easy to follow.

As an international visitor had problems getting to and from the venue. Shuttle buses would have been good.

Wonderful event

The staff/volunteers were great, friendly; however, the tournament itself was lacking. There were no spotters near water hazards to assist players who hit balls into the penalty areas. Also, I saw a ruling question in the 18th hole bunker but no Rules Officials were around so the players just proceeded as best they could. There was no snack/water cart going around for walking fans. No printed programs/tee times available. More food concessions. This site is not fan-friendly but staff did their best.

Friday's program did not have a course MAP. I took a photo of the signpost for my phone. They should have had some fairway crossover spots as difficult to get to the restroom facilities. Also, should have had stations to wash hands outside the restroom portolets. Definitely needed a few more of these areas - one more location per 9 as too far in between for many older attendees.

We brought children so the snacks should have had candy options like Twizzlers and gummy bears. Very adult oriented and there were many children. Food selection was OK, but hot dogs were COLD. Wine was WARM. If you asked for ice you received less wine.

Surprised no merchandise tent. Most of merchandise sold out by Saturday. They don't restock? Use the same stuff next week and most of the trainers go there....

Buses were fine and drivers nice. Volunteers were friendly and helpful.
