Great event . Easy acces from train station by shuttel. Top golf, easy to get close, top service etc.
A wonderful experience attended all 4 days of the event 3 day general admission and one day in the 16th hole VIP area. The only advice if you are not driving to the course and are doing one of the VIP areas is to ensure you confirm a booking for the free VIP shuttle from the port. I was advised repeatedly that a special shuttle would be available however when it arrived to collect others from the ferry we were not on the list and only fortunate that there was space for us to be delivered to the correct location on course. Other than that minor glitch it was a excellently run event.

Awesome experience. Lexi Thompson is the greatest.

Had a real great time

A fantastic 4 days and a record breaking crowd over the 4 days. It gets a bit manic on the last 2 days but thats a testament to the support of all the Fans travelling from all over the world. I come from Ireland every year. Continued success to this great course
Returned again to watch the Ladies play and wasn't disappointed. Great viewing all over the course. Food and beverage experience great. plenty of info available and organization very good. Will return next year and the over 60s FOC entry a nice touch.
More toilets are the main issue, more food choices, very long queues for both on Sunday.
The rest of the service is excellent, especially the songtao from parking
A souvenir program to buy would be nice and/or a starter sheet with names & holes
Thoroughly enjoyable day.
Thai personnel, as usual, providing a wonderful presentation.
A memorable day!
Everything, as usual for Thai people so beautifully prepared.
Great event
Extremely disappointed with the event.
Absolutely no atmosphere at all.
Sadly we left after 3 hours and didn't return for the final day.
Our holiday was based around watching the golf.
We attended the ladies golf in Evian several years ago and that was fantastic.
Course, parking, shuttle, grounds ... all are perfect!

My wife and I purchased tickets to attend the tournament. However, with the destruction of two hurricanes, our vacation arrangements in Indian Shores were canceled by our realtor. Therefor we were unable to attend and ate the tickets and parking. We were hoping to see the course that we played so many times before new ownership took over the course and made it private. We did watch part of the tournament on telivision from Pittsburgh.
The course was in excellent shape, as always. Fresh fruit or bags trail, mix an alternative to the potato chips.
I worked as a volunteer in the scoring tent and quit. I have been a volunteer for more than 13 years with LPGA. This was the first time I was treated very badly by a person on [the organiser's] team. He was demeaning and disrespectful.
Went to see the practice on the Wednesday and were allowed in through gates. Walking to the golf course an extremely aggressive official approached us as if we were a threat to security. This official claimed that nobody goes to watch pro ams on the Wednesday before the tournament. We explained we go to many tournaments across the world and have on many occasions watched pro ams. However this lpga official (Thai man) escorted us to the gate as if we had done something wrong. I can't remember his name but he really should not be allowed contact with golf fans/paying customers. However we watched to golf on Thursday and enjoyed every bit. Delighted to see Patty grab a home win.
Disappointed for the world's best women golfers that the attendance numbers were so poor. I was one of four people following the trio of Maguire, Shin and Alison Lee on the opening day. The weather was atrocious but I don't think that's the whole reason for the extremely low attendance. It does nothing to inspire the golfers.
The communication for this event was poor, I understand not wasting resources printing programs but have an option on site to print or obtain time sheets. There was little to see outwith the entry area and few leaderboards. I was unaware that there was a pro am on until speaking to one of the stewards and we would have been able to come along to that. The late decision caused issues with getting accommodation when on a budget. I was fortunate that had a relative living nearby as the hotel we stayed at previously was sold out by the time we knew dates of event .
It was unfortunate weather on morning one, with play being stopped but on resumption all was well till we finished for the day.
Parking was easy. Staff generally great.
Shame there didn't appear to be any course maps, we certainly were not offered one.
Also a shame there wasn't a single opportunity to top up water on the course, let alone get a snack.
Finally, this event was so slow to confirm venue, tickets etc, and appeared short of volunteers. I worry for the longevity of this event.
LET could do better.
Brilliant course, great players....no one there. Bizarre. Little to no facilities...no printed programme and draw sheets were hard to find. No stands. $3m event should have more to it and be better supported by golfers locally.
