Having not made the National Hockey League (NHL) playoffs since the 2010-11 season, the Buffalo Sabres have been on a painful run for over a decade and they haven’t made many significant changes since last season, but Head Coach Don Granato believes in the development of his younger players in building a consistent and strong team for the future. At this stage of the season, Sabres are sitting mid-table in the Atlantic Division and dream of the heady heights of the Boston Bruins’ current form, but they’ll certainly be hoping to end their drought by making the playoffs.

2022-23 Rivals
During the regular season, the Senators will play Boston Bruins, Buffalo Sabres, Detroit Red Wings, Florida Panthers, Montreal Canadiens, Tampa Bay Lightning, and Toronto Maple Leafs from their own division, the Atlantic Division. They will also play Carolina Hurricanes, Columbus Blue Jackets, New Jersey Devils, New York Islanders, New York Rangers, Philadelphia Flyers, Pittsburgh Penguins, and Washington Capitals from the other Eastern Conference division, the Metropolitan Division.
Buffalo Sabres have rivalries with the Toronto Maple Leafs due to the 100-mile distance between their home rinks and the Boston Bruins due to their heated meetings in the playoffs. They have 2 scheduled meet-ups with each of the teams in the 2022-23 season:
- Buffalo Sabres v Toronto Maple Leafs · 21 Feb 2023

How to Get Cheap Tickets
Buffalo Sabres ticket prices are dynamic with similar ticket types varying depending on a number of factors such as the team they are playing, the day of the week (weekends are usually more expensive), and the stage of the league. Prices for the same game can also change over time and between sellers. In some cases, there are last-minute bargains to be found for less in-demand games, however, by waiting you risk prices going up or tickets selling out.
