Due to the parking available at the venue and the extensive road connections, one of the most popular ways to reach the KeyBank Center is by car. For those wishing to use public transport, there are metro and bus links including a shuttle bus service to and from the airport.

Parking for guests with disabilities is available throughout the surrounding garages and parking lots. The KeyBank Center parking ramp has parking spaces for guests with disabilities located throughout the facility on all levels next to the elevators.
Getting to and from the rink is now easier than ever with the Uber Zone, a designated area outside the arena where you can get picked up and dropped off when riding with Uber. The Uber Zone at KeyBank Center is located on Scott St, between Washington St and Michigan Ave. For the easiest way to the Uber Zone, exit KeyBank Center through the exit doors at Perry Street and take Washington Street to Scott Street.
There are also great taxi and limousine services that can be pre-booked.
Although buffalo is a small city, it has an exceptional range of accommodation for all tastes and budget. However, prices do increase during summer months as tourists flock to the city to see Niagara Falls.
Opening times vary, but typically, venue doors open 1-2 hours before the beginning of events.
Bus is a good way to reach the KeyBank Center with public bus service 6 stopping at the Scott St. & Main St. stop which is a 161 m (2 min) walk from the venue.
Coaches on tours such as Grand Tours, Greyhound Bus Lines, and Niagara Scenic Tours are welcome at the venue
There is a shuttle bus service to and from the airport.
NFTA's Metro Rail Rapid Transit System runs through the centre of Downtown Buffalo and is free above ground. The closest station to the arena is the Special Events station which is just a 200 m (2 min) walk from the venue.
For those traveling further afield, Exchange Street Station is the main train station in Buffalo offering services on Amtrak, Empire Service, Maple Leaf, and VIA Rail lines. The station is just a 550 m (7 min) walk from KeyBank Center.
Buffalo is a bike-friendly city and there are some great paths just outside its downtown core on the Waterfront Loop. Close to KeyBank Center, there is Buffalo Bike Tours & Bike Rentals (650 m (8 min) walk) where you can rent a bike.
As the arena is located close to the centre of Buffalo, there is plenty to see and do within walking distance. There is the Buffalo Heritage Carousel (240 m (3 min) walk), the Edward M. Cotter Museum (800 m (10 min) walk), as well as nearby events venues like Buffalo Iron Works (250 m (3 min) walk) and Helium Comedy Club (350 m (4 min) walk).

Ticket prices for events at KeyBank Center can vary depending on several factors such as the teams or players competing, the ticket type, and the ticket seller. In the last 12 months, we have seen tickets as low as USD $15 for certain events at the arena. You can purchase tickets at the arena's box office which has twelve ticket windows available in the east end of the Pavilion located to the left of the Account Services Office and is open Monday to Friday from 10:00-16:00, Saturday 10:00-14:00, and open from 10:00 through to the end of the event on event days. It is generally more convenient to purchase tickets online as you can compare ticket types and prices and secure yourself the right ticket for you before arriving at the arena.
