Get ready for high speeds and high glamour at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix!
As the final event on the calendar, this race is sure to be a thriller. The Abu Dhabi Grand Prix has been a fixture of the Formula 1 season since its debut in 2009, and it has delivered many spectacular moments over the years. In 2021, Max Verstappen's late overtaking of Lewis Hamilton on the Yas Marina Circuit sealed the Championship for the young Belgian-Dutch driver, but the race was not without controversy. Verstappen won again in 2022 and 2023, and Charles Lecrec ended his streak with victory in 2024.
Taking place as daylight fades into dusk, this Grand Prix was the first ever day–night race in Formula 1, and the stunning backdrop of Yas Marina sets the scene for a magnificent end to the season. As if that were not enough, the December weekend will see a host of other entertainment laid on for spectators, including a star-studded schedule of concerts held every night after the on-track action has finished.
