Falmer Stadium is located just off the Lewes Road (A27), which connects it to both Brighton and Lewes. As well as the on-site parking options listed below there are also 2 park and ride services. For more information, see the Coach and Bus section.
Matchday parking is limited to the below car parks, and parking passes must be purchased in advance on an event-by-event or seasonal basis. Street parking is not permitted in the vicinity of the stadium, and nearby car parks, such as those at the nearby university sites, are patrolled to prevent unregulated usage.
On non-matchdays, free parking is usually available in the lower car park (Car Park A), located off Village Way. Free on-site motorbike parking is also available at the stadium, on a limited first-come first-serve basis.

On matchdays stewards will be on hand to direct to you to the relevant car parks.
It takes just 15 to 20 minutes to travel to Falmer Stadium from Brighton by car, so taxi is a good way to reach the venue. On non-match days, drop-offs are permitted on Village Way and other nearby roads, whilst on match days drop-offs are strictly limited to car park 5, by the University of Sussex campus.
While Brighton is the second most expensive city to live in the UK, due to its sunny coastline and cultural treasures, it’s entirely possible to visit on a budget. As a tourist hub, everything from luxury boutique hotels to affordable hostels and B&Bs are up for grabs. While you’ll most definitely pay a premium for a beachfront sea-view location, head slightly inland to find more reasonably priced accommodation.

Please note that the park and ride routes and facilities can become very busy immediately before and after kick-off, so allow plenty of time for your journey - up to 50 minutes in some cases.
Falmer Station is the closest rail station to the stadium, located just a 650 m (8 min) walk away. It is connected to Brighton and Lewes via regular services. The journey from Brighton station takes just 10 minutes, and on match days there are trains up to every 10 minutes.
There are cycle paths to the Falmer Stadium from both Brighton and Lewes. Cycling from Brighton takes approximately 25 minutes, whilst the ride from Lewes takes 30. At the Falmer Stadium itself there are multiple bike racks, many of which are covered.
Arriving on foot is possible if you are travelling from close to the venue. There are many well-used and well-lit footpaths around the site. If you are travelling from central Brighton, it can take up to 90 minutes to walk to the Falmer Stadium.
