Established in 2019, Welsh Fire represent the historic cricketing counties of Glamorgan, Gloucestershire, and Somerset in England's 100-ball cricket tournament The Hundred.
In 2021, Welsh Fire Men finished seventh, winning 3 games and losing 5. After failing to win in 2022, the Fire finished bottom of the table.
In early 2023, English batsman Tom Abell was confirmed as captain of Welsh Fire Men for the 2023 edition of The Hundred.
