Established in 2019, Southern Brave represent the historic cricketing counties of Hampshire and Sussex in England's 100-ball cricket tournament The Hundred.
Southern Brave Men won the inaugural Hundred tournament in 2021, defeating Birmingham Phoenix in the Final. In 2022, the Brave finished seventh overall, winning 3 games and losing 5.
In early 2023, English batsman James Vince was confirmed as captain of Southern Brave Men for the 2023 edition of The Hundred.
