For the 30 minutes following the event, rideshare vehicles will not be allowed to pick up passengers nearby the arena. During this window, passengers are encouraged to walk east to pick up at this location:

Seattle is a diverse city that welcomes everyone regardless of budget. While it boasts many classy and refined establishments, it is also populated with artsy boutique hotels and edgy Airbnbs and hostels.
Sustainable and delicious food and beverage offerings are available throughout Climate Pledge Arena, including seafood from Bristol Bay Wild Market (Main Concourse Section 21), vegan and vegetarian treats from Impossible Market (Main Concourse Sections 5 and 11), and a modern take on classic Italian-American fare from Sound Pizza (Main Concourse Section 19 and 117).
Climate Pledge Arena can be accessed via public bus routes 1, 2, 8, 13, D Line, and more. Alight at 1st Ave N & Republican St, which is a 680 m (8 min) walk from the venue.
Climate Pledge Arena is easily accessed by monorail. The nearest station is Seattle Center, which is a 680 m (8 min) walk from the venue.
Convenient light rail services into the city are accessible from Northgate, with expansions to Redmond, Federal Way, and Lynnwood arriving in 2024. You can ride light rail and transfer to the monorail to access the arena much faster than driving. Currently, the nearest light rail station to Climate Pledge Arena is Westlake, which is a 1.2 km (14 min) walk from the venue.
Seattle is known for its ferry services that make it easy to travel around Elliott Bay and further afield. At the Port of Seattle (which is a 1.1 km (13 min) walk from the arena), you can take a ferry all the way to Victoria, British Columbia, Canada. For more local services - e.g. those to Bainbridge, Bremerton, Vashon Islands, and West Seattle - ferries depart from the Seattle Ferry Terminal which is a 2.9 km (35 min) walk from the arena.
Guests cycling to arena events are encouraged to use the many protected bike lanes surrounding the arena.
Bicycle lockers are available in the 1st Ave N Garage on a first-come, first-served basis. Short-term bike parking is available around the plaza, mostly located at the North East corner of the East Plaza. Please note that short-term bike parking will require the use of a personal bike lock.
Climate Pledge Arena has a fantastic central location in Seattle and there is plenty to see and do within walking distance. Nearby, there is the iconic Space Needle (a 400 m (5 min) walk), the Museum of Pop Culture (a 350 m (4 min) walk), the International Fountain (a 170 m (2 min) walk), and the Pacific Science Center (a 350 m (4 min) walk) to name just a few!
Doors will open 90 minutes prior to the event start time for Club, Suite, and Premium ticket holders, and 60 minutes prior for all other guests. Exit and re-entry is not permitted at Climate Pledge Arena.
Climate Pledge Arena requests that guests not bring a bag to the arena. If necessary, guests are permitted to bring a bag that fits within the following specifications: 1 x clear bag that does not exceed 14”w x 14”h x 6”d in size; clear backpack within the approved dimensions and no more than 2 pockets; small clutches/purses/wallets that do not exceed 4.5” x 6.5” with or without a handle or strap. All bags are required to go through x-ray screening and inspection. X-ray screening is available at designated lanes at the East and West main entry doors.
There are toilet facilities located throughout the venue on all levels. All-gender & family restrooms are available near most sets of men’s and women’s restrooms throughout the arena, on each level. All restrooms are accessible and have changing tables.
As the home venue of the NHL's Seattle Kraken, Climate Pledge Arena primarily hosts ice hockey games. Wrestling events as well as music concerts are also often held at the arena. You can find the Climate Pledge Arena schedule above.
Tickets prices will vary greatly in price depending on several factors such as the event, the teams playing, the ticket type, and the seller. In the last 12 months, we have seen tickets as low as USD $11 with the average price sitting at around $70. Tickets can be purchased at the arena box office which is located at 334 1st Ave. N. and open on event days 3 hours prior to the event start time and closed on non-event days. However, buying tickets online is generally more reliable and more convenient as you are able to view a range of options and prices, and purchase a ticket before arriving at the arena.
There are several lots close to the arena offering car parking spaces that can be pre-booked, however, the venue encourages the use of public transport. Gates typically open between 60-90 mins before the start of the event depending on the ticket purchased. For some events, you can find the gate/door opening time on Koobit by viewing the event’s Schedule tab. Timings should also be confirmed on your tickets when you receive them.
