PNC Stadium is located in the centre of Houston, just a stone's throw from Minute Maid Park, making it easy to access the stadium by car, on foot, or via public transport.

There are a great many parking spaces in the immediate vicinity of PNC Stadium, much of which can be purchased online in advance:

On most Dynamo matchdays, the first 75 Lexus vehicles and the first 20 PNC cardholders to arrive at the Lexus Lot will receive complimentary parking. ADA parking is available in both the Lexus Lot and Lot B, and may also be available in a number of the other lots listed.

Street parking may also be available nearby for evening games, as street parking is free after 18:00 in downtown Houston (make sure the meter is not covered or you may get a ticket).

Please note, early booking/arrival is recommended on days when the Houston Astros also play at Minute Maid Park due to the increased demand for parking.

🚖️ Taxi

On matchdays, a designated passenger drop-off and pick-up area is located on the southwest corner of the stadium on the corner of Walker and Hutchins St.

📍 Where To Stay

For sports, entertainment, dining, and nightlife, stay Downtown in the heart of Houston. While the district boasts a large share of the city sights, it also offers excellent links to explore other parts of central and greater Houston.

Of course, the Museum District, located south of Midtown, is an ideal area for those who want to spend their time delving more deeply into the history and culture of Houston, rather than the nightlife and entertainment.

For a more refined and relaxed Houston experience, head to River Oaks and Upper Kirby, situated a few kilometres west of Downtown Houston. Although both are considered some of the city’s most upscale neighbourhoods, River Oak has a family-oriented residential vibe, whilst Upper Kirby exudes a younger and more youthful atmosphere.

Situated in the urban centre next to Downtown, the artsy and alternative-looking Midtown and Montrose neighbourhoods will help you immerse in the creative and cultural side of the city. From its gay bars to its global eateries, Montrose in particular offers diversity and inclusivity.

Keen shoppers will have all the shops they could dream of on their doorstep in Galleria and Uptown, where the city’s spectacularly-appointed shopping centre is situated.

If the bright city lights aren’t your thing, opt for a change of scenery by staying in one of the quaint beach towns along Galveston Bay like Kemah or Seabrook. These are historic beach towns known for their historic seaside charm and fun-fill boardwalk.

Alternatively, stay in Galveston, a small beach-lined island that runs along the Texas Coast. The island is abundant with nature, scenery, sand, and seaside charm. With a train running directly into Downtown Houston, it’s easy to explore the city too,

Houston’s METRORail makes it easy to explore the city from your chosen accommodation. The city is also connected by bus and rail to the coast and Greater Houston area.

About Shell Energy Stadium

PNC Stadium is a multi-use stadium located in Houston. It is home to Houston Dynamo and Houston Dash of Major League Soccer and the National Women's Soccer League, respectively, as well as the Texas Southern Tigers college football team. The venue opened in 2012 as the BBVA Compass Stadium, and was also known simply as the BBVA Stadium before adopting its current moniker. It was designed and built by Populous, the architectural firm responsible for other Houston-based venues such as Minute Maid Park, the Toyota Center, and NRG Stadium, as well as renowned arena around the world such as Wembley Stadium and the Emirates Stadium in London. Dynamo did not lose a match at the stadium for almost a year after it opened; they set the record for the longest unbeaten streak at home in MLS at 36 games, albeit this stretched back to their previous venue, Robertson Stadium. The arena has hosted several international games over the years, as well as rugby union and Gaelic football matches.

🍔 Food & Drink

Many sections, including the PNC Club, Presidents Club, East Club, and Pitch Zone, include complimentary food and beverages. For fans with standard seating or in the Hustle Town Supporters section, a wide variety of concessions are available from a range of points around the stadium.

Guests who identify themselves as a designated driver (or arrived via rideshare or public transport) can claim a free coupon for water or other non-alcoholic beverage at Guest Services in Section 118.

Water fountains can also be found across from the following Sections: 103, 109, 115, 118, 123, 129, 133, and 139.

💂 Entry Gates

Gates accessible to all visitors are located in all 4 corners of the stadium, while the Lexus Club Lobby on the west side of the stadium is available to suite, PNC Club, and Presidents Club ticket holders, as well as fans sitting in Sections 203-209 who have accessibility needs.

Entrances open 90 minutes prior to kick-off for Dynamo games, and 60 minutes prior for Dash games. A no re-entry policy is in effect at all entrances.

🚽 Toilets

Restrooms can be found through out all areas of the stadium. Women’s restrooms can be found near Sections 103, 109, 110, 114, 118, 123, 129, 134, 138, and 139. Men’s restrooms can be found near Sections 104, 108, 113, 118, 122, 124, 128, 133, and 139. Family restrooms are located near Sections 103, 106, 109, 113, 118, 123, 129, 133, and 139. The East Center Circle and Lexus Club lobbies have both men and women’s restrooms accessible to those with the proper ticket. All restrooms are equipped with a baby changing station and are wheelchair accessible.
