Villa Park is located approximately 4 km north of Birmingham city centre. It is readily accessible via public transport, connecting with multiple bus routes and train lines, and event parking options are located close by.

Parking at Villa Park is for permit holders only. However, there are a number of official parking sites in the vicinity of Villa Park; some will be closer to the ground than others, but those further away will be less affected by congestion around the stadium, allowing for an easier departure after the match.
Stadium car parking is available for Blue Badge holders to purchase on a match-by-match or seasonal basis, subject to availability. These spaces are located in the Holte End and North Stand car parks and in the away supporters' coach park directly across the road. Disabled parking must be booked in advance of the match; please contact Villa's Disabled Liaison Officer on 0333 323 1874 for more information.
Free parking for Villa coaches is available at Brookvale, the staff parking site on the junction of Witton Road and Tame Road – the post code is B6 7DS. Reservations for Villa coach parking must be made 24 hours before kick-off to ensure a space is reserved.

Free parking for away coaches is located opposite Villa Park in the Away Coach Park. If you organise away coach or minibus travel to Villa Park please notify the West Midlands Police Football Liaison Department by emailing s.bladen@west-midlands.pnn.police.uk.
Minibus parking is available at Brookvale at a cost of £12 per minibus, which is payable in cash on the day to the third-party operators of the site.
Due to the traffic exclusion zone that operates around Villa Park from 75 minutes before kick-off, it is recommended that Villa fans looking to access coach parking or minibus parking use junction 7 of the M6 and access the site from North of Villa Park via Aston Lane (turning left at Witton Island).
If you do use junction 6, make sure you arrive in plenty of time, and before the traffic exclusion zone is in operation.
Although Birmingham is the second biggest city in England after London, its prices for food and accommodation are not nearly as high. While there are a few high-end luxury hotels in the city centre and other inner-city neighbourhoods, there are plenty of budget hotels too. Please enter the stadium via the gate indicated on your ticket. Numbered gates are located around the ground. Upon entering the relevant gate, the access number on your ticket will guide you to the specific turnstile you should use to enter.

There are 2 dedicated sensory rooms located in the North Stand. Sensory rooms provide a calming environment for supporters on the autism spectrum, or those with other similar hidden disabilities to watch a match. Supporters often use these facilities as a gateway into the general seating areas.
These rooms can be booked on a match-by-match basis, subject to availability by contacting the Disability Access Officer at accessibility@avfc.co.uk. Please note that to enable the sensory rooms to be used by as many people who require them as possible, a limit on the number of times this facility can be used in a season may be utilised.
All disabled supporters using an assistance dog (in line with Guide Dogs for the Blind Association guidelines) are welcome at Villa Park. When purchasing tickets, please inform the club that you will be accompanied by an assistance dog when attending matches. If you would like to ensure that your assistance dog is familiar with Villa Park and its surroundings before a matchday, the club are happy to facilitate a pre-match visit. Please contact the Disability Access Officer at accessibility@avfc.co.uk to make these arrangements.
There is no allocated seating for visually impaired supporters and they may therefore sit (subject to availability) in their preferred area of Villa Park. As with any football stadium, the upper tiers of Villa Park are very steep and any supporter who would be unable to exit the stadium quickly in the event of an emergency is discouraged from purchasing tickets in any upper tiers.
Headsets, which feature full audio commentary of matches, will be provided by the Ticket Office to visually impaired supporters upon request. This audio commentary service is provided free of charge.

Seating for ambulant disabled supporters is located in a variety of areas around Villa Park. Such spaces may benefit from increased leg room, may be close to an entrance/exit or may otherwise be more easily accessible and are considered, by the Club, best suited to ambulant disabled supporters.
Ambulant disabled supporters are advised to contact the Consumer Sales Department at Aston Villa on 0800 612 0970 prior to purchasing tickets for fixtures at Villa Park so that the club can discuss your particular circumstances and attempt to find the most suitable seating for you.
A number of snack/beverage kiosks with low level counters are located in concourses throughout the lower tier of the Trinity Road Stand and are within easy access of the wheelchair bays which are situated on the same level.
Toilets which have been adapted specifically for disabled persons are located in the lower tier concourse of the Trinity Road Stand and are in close proximity to the wheelchair bays located in the same stand. The facilities are designed to give visitors independent use and can only be accessed with a Radar Key which can be obtained from any steward patrolling the area.
