The UEC Road Cycling European Championships - also known as the European Road Cycling Championships - are the set of European championship events for the various disciplines and distances in road cycling organised by the European Cycling Union (UEC).
The first European Championships in road cycling were held in 1995 in the Czech Republic. The championships offer an exciting spectacle with different classes competing including under-23, junior (since 2005), and elite riders (since 2016). They include a road race and an individual time trial. Women's events are shorter than men's, and junior events are shorter than under-23's. Riders are selected by their national cycling governing body and compete in the colours of their country. Winners are entitled to wear a special champion's jersey at events over the following year; in the case of the European Championship, a white jersey with blue bands and yellow stars modelled on the flag of the Council of Europe.
The 2025 event will take place in the Drôme-Ardèche area of southeastern France from 1 to 5 October.
