Hi Koobit team, the organize (KH Worldwide) have a very bad queue organise, I went to so many event, this is the WORST organizer ever, when we queue for 2 hours, other people which LATE come in from the side, I HOPE NEXT YEAR OPEN 1000 have a better queue manage. add more rela or security team beside the quece. BE FAIR TO OTHER FANS !

Very good, easy to buy the ticket

Such a great amazing attend a live game but have to go difficulties when bought the ticket. Hopefully for the next year can improve for ticketing system

Generally the event was great and we enjoyed very much.

The only reason for giving 3 stars instead of 5 is because of the seating issue, we experienced fully occupied seat and ended up standing for 3 days. Would recommend to have seating arrangement in the future that comes with different pricing.

Poor arrangement on seat and no seat number . Long line up enter stadium. No Internet inside stadium. Require improve on ticket selling methods, all tickets been grab by company or group people.

great ticketing management

I bought VIp 318 ticket but had to sit at 317 area.. Because 318 had already full.. Seems need to focus more on management.. Overall great experience

bad arrangement and control on stadium access and seating. many fans bought premium tickets but no seat. also why there are fans sit at staircase? tickets oversold?

To me that was the most Unforgettable experience in my life since I've got to see all my favourite players for real. I still can't believe that ai got to see them in real life. I'm planning to join Malaysia Open again next year. Hoping that I can get superfan seat next time.

Not satisfied because of booked seat issue by 500 people at premium seat

Overall was good but it would be better if the fans can go in earlier as it was really hot to queue outside for a long period of time.

Easy n nice application

I sit on the floor for whole day. Rubbish and stupid management, just do not control and check ticket before enter the room. Many people come to room 407 and 408 until me and my wife sit on the floor for whole day. My wife already pregnant and it was a bad and terrible experient for us. No more next time. Hope to blacklist the kh worldwide for organise such event.

I bought vip 2 tickets, I went with my daughter and I expected a wonderful day. It turned out there was no sit available and I and my daughter had to sit on the staircase.

ridiculous with prebook seat for free seating zone!!!!
