The online ticket booking process needs to be improved.

It was enjoyable. But at the security check, too much restriction. Which makes the queue n waiting time extended.

It is unbelievable that all the centre seats were snapped up immediately, even though I logged in right on time at the designated booking hour. This happens every year during the early bird online booking organized by Ticketmaster. Can the online booking process be made more transparent and fair?

Security is top-notch for fan safety, and the stadium arena is majestic.

First the event was quite organised but the sad thing is the seat I like was sold out. Why is it so when I first received the mail i place the booking but still can’t get the seat I want and also the seat I got is 311 row 30 seat 3 and sometime seat 5 why is there a sudden change of seat. As my friend have bought the same as me but their seat remain the same why I have to keep changing all the time .

As for re-entry, not a good idea to chop on our hand.

We went during the semi finals so the queue was easy breezy. Everything was smooth. Great management and event starts on time.

I was watching the Singapore Open for two full days and have enjoyed every minute of it. My seat was great and I’ve got to see how top badminton players in the world actually play in cut throat competitions. Wonderful vibes all through.

Pleasant experience. Security check-in at entrance is fast and efficient.

Had a great time. But the stadium was poorly maintain especially the hall ways, sitting areas and washroom.

This was my second time being a part of Yonex sunrise India open badminton tournament

I had been their back to back I experienced a great inspiration and enthusiastic environment, where all we are cheering for our favourite.

The crowd was heavy participating at each point every smash.....

Great Experience

Watching the Yonex Sunrise India Open 2025. Though things are satisfactorily organised, some improvements need to be done so as to have a greater overall impact.

All washrooms were not opened even when the stadium was jampacked. Moreover there was no cleaning staff available to clean the washrooms on regularly. This is a very basic need which always gets neglected by the organisers. Secondly the food stalls were inadequate to cater for the demand of huge crowds. This led to long waiting periods with people bunching up in corridors. Lastly the corridors were full of used disposables as very few dustbins were available for use. The authorities must look into these aspects when we host any tournaments.

It is best there are equipment shop which, clean toilet but some members of staff are rude like there security guards

Great tornament but very poorly organized. I went there in 2023 from Kolkata for the finals. It was really pathetic. There was no counter for tickets and some volunteer came near the gate waving a bunch of tickets to the crowd and everyine ran after him and whoever could catch him got the tickets.

I just could not believe that an international tournament could be held in such a haphazar way. Is this the way to organize an internaitonal tournament? I really felt ashamed facing some of the Japanese and Indonesian visitors who had come to watch. We really cut a very sorry figure in front of them.

The matches were well organised. I enjoyed them a lot. Particularly when I found I'd dropped my ticket somewhere in the stadium, the staff helped re-issue it very efficiently.
