There are plenty of kiosks in the stadium where spectators can purchase food and drink. Cashless payments are accepted at all stationary sales stands with a corresponding debit or credit card and even with Apple Pay and Google Pay. In addition, the BVB stadium cover is accepted (as is cask at some kiosks).
Please use the entrance that corresponds with your ticket. The barcode on your ticket will be scanned at the turnstiles in the entrance areas. Before you enter, you will undergo a short security check where you and your bags will be checked for any prohibited items.

There is a free Bundesliga travel guide app aimed at football fans with and without disabilities. Among other things, it offers an audio service for visually impaired and blind fans and information in plain language. This is a simplified variant of the standard German language - with the aim of giving as many people as possible access to information. In addition, you can select your individual support needs in the app and based on this you will receive all the information relevant to you - for example, where the barrier-free entrances or toilets are located in the respective stadium. The app also offers you the opportunity to give feedback on your own experiences when you arrive at the stadium. The Bundesliga travel guide app can be downloaded from the App Store and Google Play:
