Catch Your Breath are an American rock band from Austin, Texas. Formed in 2017, the group comprises vocalist Josh Mowery, guitarist Teddy Herrera, bassist Cianan Madigan and drummer Onell Hernandez. Their music combines alternative rock, hard rock, post-hardcore and metalcore with electronic textures, melodic hooks and emotionally direct songwriting.
The band built its early catalogue through singles including "Burn", "Blood in the Water" and "Shame on Me". Its 2022 single "Dial Tone" became a breakthrough release, reaching the Billboard Hot Hard Rock Songs top ten and receiving Gold certification in the United States. Catch Your Breath released its debut studio album, "Shame on Me", in 2023 through Thriller Records. Subsequent releases have included "Perfect World", "Ghost Inside the Shell", "Dark", "Lost" and "Blood Money", while the band has continued to develop its live profile through touring and festival appearances.
