Я была первый раз на турнире ATP и осталась довольна. Публика была доброжелательна ко всем участникам турнира.Работа сотрудников и волонтеров тоже была без претензий.
This review is from a visiting American’s point of view… Once you have purchased your tickets online and entered all the information that that requires, to enter the stadium you just need your passport. From what i saw you can bring in a backpack - did not seem to have a ‘clear bag’ policy. Of course you need to be able to show your seat number if needed once you are in the stadium. The stadium and the surrounding grounds are really nice, especially at night when the buildings light up. There are food vendors, some promotional booths and a small retail shop where you can buy Hangzhou tournament related items. The restrooms have mostly squatting toilets but there was one “accessible” (western) toilet in each. I would recommend going to at least one match in which a Chinese player is playing. The fans really get behind them which makes the experience more fun. If you ever have a chance to attend the Hangzhou Open- take it.
Evento molto bello, in una splendida cornice di festa. Peccato per al pioggia. Da ritornarci.
Very well
What I didn’t like is that we were promised to receive a message when the tickets are going to be available, but we didn’t receive the message on time and therefore weren’t able to buy the tickets we wanted to. The tournament was interesting although none of the players were from the top 20 in the world. The organizers and the fans were able to watch the finale even though it was raining. I liked the content that was outside of the stadium because there was a lot to choose from depending on if you wanted to eat or drink something.

Great day of tennis. The venue is lovely and the staff are so welcoming and excellent all round. You really feel part of the event. Thoroughly enjoyed the day. Would recommend anyone to try it especially if you are new to seeing tennis live. It will get you hooked.
This year it was downgraded to a 250 and although it didn’t have as many of the top seeds the tennis didn’t disappoint including the wheelchair tennis. Just a shame they put benches around the outside Courts and only room for 2 or 3 people on each 🥲
I have been coming to the Eastbourne Open for at least 20 years. I was so upset on Saturday at the finals day. Having paid £98 for a centre court ticket and watching one singles match scheduled for a 1.30 start the earlier part of the morning was wasted. No-where to sit - no band - coffee over £4 a cup. I was unable to stay for the men’s singles final which was rescheduled for 4pm as I would have been too late to get home. Your supporters catch trains!! How about considering your tennis supporters rather than TV schedules!! I will not be coming again to the finals day but will consider coming earlier in the week when at least the outside courts will be in action. Very very disappointing. Eastbourne in my opinion has been downgraded.
Since the Tournament has been downgraded. We still had a great
time, it was great to see so many British players. On the downside, we found it very expensive to eat and drink, a can of coke cost 3.50. I think lots of people were trying it out this year, it will be interesting to see if support remains in the next few years

Wonderful as always
Watched some good tennis. The problem was actually with the app and getting the tickets to be able to watch. There has got to be a much easier way for spectators to obtain a physical ticket. This system must b changed for next year.
Really enjoyed the event. My one suggestion would be that, the officials make sure that people are seated and not just left to find there own seat. For example, players were about to serve, when two people were let in, but they could not find there seat, I imagine they felt some pressure, as people were looking at them! But no official was there to help them. So not a good idea, for officials to let people in during play but not get them seated.
I did attend and I had a lovely day

20 years ago we were in Estbourne for the first time. In those days only the woman played. We go not every year but so now and then. We like Grass tennis and the atmosphere at the park is always terrific. We drink a glass of pims (which we do not have at home) we always make walks in the dawns to seaford and visit the TIGER INN at East Dean. We also go a day to brighton and we attended a play (murder in the park) in the devon theatre All these sings together makes it a fantastic holiday in Eastbourne in our B&B near the seaside. This year we could not make it but we certainly come again to Eastbourne.
Getting tickets online was a nightmare. I spent a whole day fearing my tickets were not going to come through. Instructions were badly written and not explained in language easily understandable. Quick and easy it was NOT. At no point did I receive a special code number which was supposed to give me access. Sorted well at D. Park but this shouldn't really happen.
Refreshments onsite were very limited.
The tennis, of course, was wonderful but access to tickets has got to be made easier particularly for we older tennis fans.
A good dayout! Facilities were good!
Maybe need another coffee stall! Less food choices this year too
The only thing which spoiled an otherwise brilliant day was the catering provision. The only sandwiches available were on white, gluten free bread. This would have been ok but the bread was inedible, having the taste and texture of hard, flaky cardboard!
