Avoid. The only seats available to buy are facing full sun. Couldn't even sit on the plastic seats, were molten. If you go, only get a ground pass

Could do with paper towels and more hand driers in Ladies lavatories. Also more points of sale in stand areas for snacks. Don’t agree with allowing spectators to enter stand between single games - too distracting for players.

Great venue, saw some wonderful tennis matches, friendly staff.

A lovely tournament, venue and ambience.

All staff at the eastbourne tennis venue were helpful on a very hot day, they found a chair in the shade away from the court for my partner who was feeling a little unwell.

I find it a lovely day out

Excellent tennis. However, they need to provide more seating and shade for those with picnics. Not enough tables and umbrellas and people perched uncomfortably on walls trying to find somewhere to sit. Also issues with entry for many with QR codes on phones. Some of the staff's machines seem not to be working.

Great atmosphere. Easy access, good view of the court and everybody helpful and friendly.

We felt there should be more food and drink outlets as the wait meant we missed some of the t3nnis.

More umbrellas were needed to provide shade in the common areas

We had a wonderful time on Wednesday- very lucky with the weather - not too wet or too hot!! Saw fantastic tennis. All the staff were very efficient and friendly. I gave been every year for about 40 years and live in Worthing. C u next year!!

We have winds, scorching heat & rain, all seasons in one, but didn’t spoil our day, plenty to do during short break.
