Food selection was ok.
There were no wines to speak of and the ones they had were way too expensive for the quality. They totally under-poured the glass of wine and I had to prove to them that I was given 3 Ounces....
Washrooms were clean at all times.
The upper sections of the stadium were only accessible by very scary 40 steps of what looked to be unsafe stairs with poor lighting and horrible handrails... We were lucky enough to get better seats in the bottom sections although the stairs were not much better but only 20 steps up.
Super disappointed at the no shows of all the advertised players. I won't be back unless some kind of certainty is given on who is playing for sure. The players list was not made public until just a couple of days before the event, I think that they misrepresented the players.
If they want better ranked players they need to up the price money and pick dates that don't coincide with other major events... I know that it is a challenge but that is the business!!

Tout était parfait....restos...toilettes...etc

Super
When the weather is warm and sunny two to three times more fruit & ice is required for the Pimms. Unlike last year please make sure there's enough. Please also lower the price of Pimms.
First time visiting the Adelaide International tournament. After going to the AO for many years, we thought we would try a different tennis experience and we were not disappointed. We saw some superb tennis matches with some highly ranked players. Tried different seating options over the few days that we attended, and all were good, although we particularly liked the seating with tables. All staff that we interreacted with were friendly and helpful and the food and drink options were very good. Only comment I would make to the tournament organizers is for more seating in the area where the food trucks are. We will definitely be back in future years.
Small event compared to Brisbane international but good tennis and very helpfull support staff. We had no idea where we were going on the first day. Courtside Club was a great spot but not for the night session due to sun going down though for maybe 30mins a level.
Book early for the best prices as well.

Stadium well sign posted and easy to move around. Ground staff very helpful and friendly.
Despite the umpires asking for quiet during play, the noise from the corporate areas was very loud and ongoing. Perhaps those hosting in the corporate boxes could brief their guests of common protocols at such events.
Other than that very enjoyable.
I absolutely loved your facilities , the tennis and the overall experience for my two days, for the $10 ground pass it was amazing value for money, on the Wednesday I had booked my seats, fabulous, I feel I am able to make these statements as I have the AO to compare as I have attended there for many days.
We regularly attend the Saturday evening semi-finals of the Brisbane International. This year though the schedule was changed so that we did not get to see a women's semi final, but instead a very mediocre women's doubles. The doubles was very disappointing and we, like many other people left early.
Everything about the tournament was absolutely amazing 🤩
Tennis tournament was excellent, I was there 3 days sitting in center court 😊🎾
Transport from Gould Coast was terrible!
We loved the tennis ,terrific lineup of top quality tennis players , well organised, but please add more coffee van’s ,the wait time was too long , especially Merlo please 🙏
Great tournament, first time at the Brisbane International, easy to get to from the CBD, well organised.
We did the Legends Lounge this year (did the Champions Club in 2025) and it didn’t deliver the hype. Felt bad that we invited friends along for the “premium” experience, only to find the all-inclusive premium drinks did not include any spirits and the premium food (which is represented very differently in the promotional pictures) was pretty average finger food for the most part, passed around on platters. Won’t be doing that again. Viewing of action was very good, but there are better ways to get the same effect.
The experience at this WTA 500 tournament was great...even though it was just the qualifiers but the atmosphere was really awesome!
Terrible event; rude staff, bad food and ugly seetring. it ain't Monte Carlo, That's for sure.
Great day of tennis. The venue is lovely and the staff are so welcoming and excellent all round. You really feel part of the event. Thoroughly enjoyed the day. Would recommend anyone to try it especially if you are new to seeing tennis live. It will get you hooked.
This year it was downgraded to a 250 and although it didn’t have as many of the top seeds the tennis didn’t disappoint including the wheelchair tennis. Just a shame they put benches around the outside Courts and only room for 2 or 3 people on each 🥲
I have been coming to the Eastbourne Open for at least 20 years. I was so upset on Saturday at the finals day. Having paid £98 for a centre court ticket and watching one singles match scheduled for a 1.30 start the earlier part of the morning was wasted. No-where to sit - no band - coffee over £4 a cup. I was unable to stay for the men’s singles final which was rescheduled for 4pm as I would have been too late to get home. Your supporters catch trains!! How about considering your tennis supporters rather than TV schedules!! I will not be coming again to the finals day but will consider coming earlier in the week when at least the outside courts will be in action. Very very disappointing. Eastbourne in my opinion has been downgraded.
Since the Tournament has been downgraded. We still had a great
time, it was great to see so many British players. On the downside, we found it very expensive to eat and drink, a can of coke cost 3.50. I think lots of people were trying it out this year, it will be interesting to see if support remains in the next few years
