Regular season games typically go on sale when the NHL schedule is published in the off-season summer months. Should the Jets reach the NHL playoffs, tickets will be made available soon after the end of the regular season, however, in some cases, tickets may be sold in advance of this. Please note that during the NHL playoffs, best-of-7 series are played and tickets may be sold for a game that is subsequently not played: in this case, customers will be entitled to a refund from the provider.

Tickets for Winnipeg Jets games can be purchased at the arena's box office which is located at street level at the corner of Portage Avenue and Donald Street in the main atrium (Gate 1) and open Monday-Friday 11:00-13:00 on non-event days, Monday-Friday 11:00 to event time on event days, and 2 hours prior to the event on Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays when a game is scheduled.
