Due to the extensive parking available at and around the venue and the great road links, driving is the most popular way to reach Bridgestone Arena. As the arena is centrally located, there are also good bus and rail links.

Accessible parking is available in the Bridgestone Arena (6th Avenue) Garage for guests who display a disability placard or a disability license plate. The spaces are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Nashville is a popular tourist destination and so while there is a full spectrum of accommodation to choose from, it is often on the pricier side. Fortunately, there are more affordable options within the city centre.
There are dozens of bars and concession stands throughout Bridgestone Arena including Pete & Terry's Tavern, the Patron Platinum Club, and the Barrel House.
Water fountains are located on all concourse levels throughout the arena.
Medical bags, parenting bags, and clear 12" x 12" bags will be permitted following X-Ray screening. Backpacks of any kind are not permitted. Guests attending events with approved bags will experience delayed entry times, so for expedited entry please leave bags at home.

Bus is a popular way to reach the Bridgestone Arena due to its connections with multiple public routes:
Train route 90 stops at the nearby Riverfront Station which is just a 644 m (8 min) walk from the venue.
There are bike parking areas located at various sidewalk locations close to the arena. There is also bike parking at Music City Center which is just a 350 m (4 min) walk from Bridgestone Arena.
Bridgestone Arena is on Broadway where there is plenty to see and do. Nashville is, of course, the home of country music and there are few places better to see this than on The Honky Tonk Highway which is just by the arena and is a row of bars buzzing with the sounds of live music. There's also a range of museums and concert halls - including the National Museum of African American Music (a 180 m (2 min) walk), Music City Center (a 350 m (4 min) walk), and the Country Music Hal of Fame and Museum (a 350 m (4 min) walk) to name just a few - and be sure not to miss the diners and eateries.

Ticket prices for events at Bridgestone Arena vary depending on numerous factors such as the teams or players competing, the ticket type, and the ticket seller. In the last 12 months, we have seen tickets as low as USD $10 for certain events at the arena. You can purchase tickets at the arena's box office which is located just inside the Nissan entrance to the arena, however, it is only open on event days from 13:00 or 60 mins prior to doors opening. It is generally more convenient to purchase tickets online as you can compare ticket types and prices and secure yourself the right ticket for you before arriving at the arena.

Gates typically open 1 to 2 hours prior to the start of the event. For some events, you can find the gate/door opening time on Koobit by viewing the event’s Schedule tab. Timings should also be confirmed on your tickets when you receive them.
