Car and taxi services are the most popular form of transport to access Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza due to the ample parking space available at the venue. For some events, please note that traffic may become congested on Highland Park Blvd., Mundy St., and Coal St., in Wilkes-Barre Twp. and Exit 168 on Interstate 81. Please arrive early for all arena events as the General Parking Lot may at times become full. There are no public restrooms available in the venue parking lot.

General Parking
The Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza parking lot is located adjacent to the venue and is accessible via Highland Park Blvd. or Mundy St. The Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza offers general parking for $10 (subject to change) for most events and concerts (except Penguins hockey), and the parking fee is collected when arriving at the venue.
Reserved Parking
Reserved parking is available for purchase for all events on Ticketmaster, or at the venue Box Office. Reserved parking must be purchased 10 days prior to the event. Reserved parking includes a parking space near the East and West Gate Entrances (based on first come-first served) and also easy-in, easy-out access of the parking lot. Reserved parking prices vary by event.
VIP Parking
Premium Seat Members have access to the VIP Parking Lot located near the West Gate Entrance of Mohegan Sun Arena. The VIP lot is accessible via the Highland Park Blvd. entrance to Mohegan Sun Arena and by using the left hand lanes once on Arena property. Premium Seat Members must have their VIP Parking pass/VIP ticket when arriving at the Arena to gain access to the VIP lot.
Need a taxi after an event? Visit the Guest Services booth behind section 110 on the concourse while at an event to make arrangements. Guests may also use various ride share programs, such as Uber or Lyft.
Guests may utilize the East or West gates of Mohegan Sun Arena as a temporary drop-off / pick-up location. Please let parking staff know upon arrival for any drop-off / pick-up requests and they will try and accommodate to the best of their ability.
As a small region surrounded by nature, the Wyoming Valley is rather quiet, and most accommodation is usually found in the form of affordable small hotels and bed and breakfasts.
Mohegan Sun Arena offers a wide variety of food and beverage options to fill the heartiest of appetites. In addition to traditional arena favourites such as fountain sodas featuring Pepsi products, beer, candy, soft pretzels, and popcorn, there are plenty of hot and cold meals/ beverages to satisfy hungry stomachs. There are also gluten free options available.
No food or beverages of any kind are permitted to be brought into Mohegan Sun Arena. Concessions stands located throughout the arena sell a wide variety of food, alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Entry
Doors generally open 1 hour prior to the start of an event at Mohegan Sun Arena, including Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins games. Please check the individual event page for further information. Mohegan Sun Arena has a no re-entry policy; once you leave the building during an event, you will not be permitted to return.
Re-Entry
Exit and re-entry is not permitted at Mohegan Sun Arena. This policy is subject to change per event.
The Family restroom is available on the main concourse behind section 110.
Baby changing stations are available in all restrooms located on the main concourse.
Accessible Parking
Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza provides parking for guests with accessible needs near the East Gate Entrance.
According to State and Local regulations, all cars/occupants using ADA Parking need to meet the following requirements:
* ADA Parking spaces are limited and are first-come, first-served. Please plan on arriving early for ADA parking needs.
Service Animals
Service dogs that are specifically trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability are welcome in Mohegan Sun Arena. All service dogs must remain on a leash or in a harness and be under control of the guest with a disability or designee. The service dog must rest in the seating area with the individual and not in the aisle.
Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive Listening Devices are available for guests with hearing disabilities for Mohegan Sun Arena events. The venue asks guests with this need to please arrange for this service in advance of the event by calling the arena at (570) 970-7600.
Accessible Seating
Accessible seating can be purchased in person at the NBT Bank Box Office or on Ticketmaster.
Wheelchair
Wheelchair seating is located in row "S" of the lower level (100) level sections. Row "S" is located on the concourse level and does not involve any stairs. The elevator only services the floor and suite level. The only way to get to the second level (200) level is via stairs. Those persons with limited mobility, but not complete restrictions are ask to purchase seating in row "Q" or row "R" of the lower level. There are about 5 stairs to get to row R, Q is in front of that. Mohegan Sun Arena does not have wheelchairs for public use at events.
ATM
NBT Bank ATM machine is located on the concourse behind section 108 (near the Box Office). The ATM machine is only accessible to guests inside the venue for an event.
Elevators
There are 2 elevators for guests to use to access suite level or the arena floor and are located behind section 112 on the concourse.
There is no elevator access to the 200-level seating area and accessing the 200-level seating area will require guests to walk stairs.
First Aid
The Trans-Med First Aid station is located on the venue concourse behind section 112.
Guest Services
At most Mohegan Sun Arena events, Guest Services is located on the concourse behind section 110. This location is subject to change based on the event configuration.
Lost and Found
If an item is lost or found during an event please see Guest Services, located behind Section 110. Guests inquiring about lost items after an event should call 570-970-7600 and leave a detailed description of the lost item. If the item has been found, the venue will contact you during normal business hours.
Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza has a capacity of approximately 10,000. However, the capacity does differ between events depending on the seating configuration.
