There are over 15,000 parking spaces within a 10-minute walk of the arena in surface lots and parking garages. Traffic and parking can vary by event. For accessible parking, 2 options are suggested; the north entrance of the McConnell Garage or the northeast entrance to the Front Street garage. For those guests getting dropped off and/or picked up, please use West Street.
Downtown, Columbus’ central neighbourhood, is the best place from which to explore every edge of the city. With a bus and bike-share system, it’s super easy to get around.
Enhanced safety protocols are being implemented in food service areas. Items will be individually packaged with condiments provided upon request. Utensil and napkin dispensers are self-service. No refills on drinks, popcorn, or other items.
Concession stands and bars are cashless. Purchases can be made with a debit /credit card or mobile pay. Reverse ATMs are available in the Box Office, main concourse, and upper concourse.
Bags are generally not permitted. Medical bags, diaper bags, and clutches will be X-rayed via dedicated screening lines (identified at each entry) - a contactless step that replaces a manual search.
Please use West Street for guest drop-off or pick-up. Vehicles in this area must be attended at all times.

Although train lines run through Columbus, there is no train station in the city. There are 2 stations within a 2-hour drive of Columbus: Cleveland and Cincinnati. They're both roughly the same distance from each other and have services to New York, Washington DC, and Chicago.
There is a bike sharing station right next to the arena on N Front St.
As Nationwide Arena is centrally located in Downtown Columbus, there is plenty to see and do within walking distance of the arena. Nearby, there is the Greater Columbus Convention Center (a 240 m (3 min) walk), the North Bank Park Pavilion (a 500 m (6 min) walk), the Columbus Museum of Art (a 1.9 km (23 min) walk), and the National Veterans Memorial and Museum (a 1.8 km (22 min) walk).

Nationwide Arena offers family restrooms in the main concourse near sections 101, 110, and 118, and on the upper concourse near sections 206, 221, and 228. Nursing rooms are located on the main concourse at Section 105/106 and on the upper concourse at Section 206. Both rooms offer privacy for parents or guardians that need to take care of a child. The rooms feature a glider, changing table, diapers, and a bottle warmer. To request access – stop at the Guest Services Desks located at Section 111 on the main concourse or Section 208 on the upper concourse or ask any staff member.
Nationwide Arena is the home rink of the Columbus Blue Jackets of the National Hockey League (NHL), so it is predominantly hosting ice hockey games. You can find the Nationwide Arena schedule above.
Tickets for events at Nationwide Arena vary greatly in price depending on several factors such as the event, the teams playing, the ticket type, and the ticket seller. In the last 12 months, we have seen tickets as low as USD $10 with the average price sitting at around $42. You can purchase tickets at the arena's box office which is located on the corner of Nationwide Blvd. and McConnell Blvd, however, buying tickets online is generally more reliable and more convenient as you are able to view a range of options and prices, and purchase a ticket before arriving at the arena.

Gates typically open between 60-90 mins before the start of the event depending on the standard or premium seating option purchased.
