FirstEnergy Stadium is located in Downtown Cleveland, Ohio. Due to limited parking, visitors are encouraged to take advantage of Cleveland's public transportation services. Those who wish to drive to the stadium are encouraged to plan ahead and arrive early to ensure they get a space.

The stadium does not have public parking facilities. However, there are several adjacent parking facilities: the Port Authority visitors lot, the West 3rd Street parking lot, and the Great Lakes Science Center parking garage.
Ride Share pick up locations are only available on Lakeside Avenue from either West 3rd or East 9th.
Patrons are encouraged to take the RTA bus service to the stadium due to limited parking. Bus lines with stations closest to FirstEnergy Stadium:
Patrons can take the subway Red Line to Tower City-Public Sq Stn. It's about 1.5 km (18 min) walk from the stadium.
Considering Cleveland is a major US city, it is relatively cheap to stay there. That said, there is a full range of accommodation options for budget-hunters and big spenders alike.
FirstEnergy Stadium provides a wide variety of concession stands. Neo Pizza serves popular cheese and pepperoni pizzas, while C-Town Eats offers buffalo chicken nachos, chili cheese dogs, and chicken fingers. B-Spot is the place for bacon cheeseburgers, plant-based Impossible burgers, onion rings, and milkshakes. For Italian sausages and fried chicken sandwiches, try Sausage and Pepper's, or head to Great Lakes Cheesesteaks for Philly cheesesteaks, truffle fries, and pulled pork sandwiches.
Guests are permitted to bring small food items into FirstEnergy Stadium for personal consumption. Food items should be brought in a clear plastic bag. Beverages of any kind are prohibited.
Stadium gates will open 2 hours prior to kickoff. Guests arriving after the first quarter should use the BMW City Club entrances on the south side of the stadium, which will remain open the entire game.

Re-Entry
Exit and re-entry into the stadium is prohibited. Fans may NOT leave the stadium and re-enter on the same ticket during any event. In the case of a medical emergency, please see a security supervisor at the gate.
Family Restrooms
Family Restrooms are reserved for guests with small children and guests with disabilities. All Family Restrooms are ADA compliant and have baby-changing tables. Family Restrooms can be found at the following locations:
Baby Changing Stations
Baby changing stations are located in select restrooms located throughout the stadium.
Nursing Rooms
Nursing rooms are available for mothers who are in need of privacy to tend to their children. They can be found at the following locations:
Animals
Animals, with the exception of trained guide dogs or service animals assisting guests with disabilities, are NOT permitted into the stadium.
ADA Drop Off Areas
Drop off areas are located on the southeast and southwest corners of the stadium. They are identifiable by the universal ADA sign and symbol. However, please be aware that it may be difficult to pick up and drop off guests due to heavy traffic and congestion.Β

Wheelchair services can be requested at any guest services locations.
Accessible Seating
Guests who are in need of accessible seating are encouraged to contact the Ticket Office ahead of time at (440) 891-5050 or by email at Tickets@ClevelandBrowns.com and inquire about the availability of accessible seating. ADA relocations are available on gameday at all Guest Services Locations on a limited basis and are not guaranteed. Relocations are done on the level your ticket was purchased.
