WIth a number of parking options onsite, Citi Field can be accessed by car, however the venue recommends that visitors make the most of New York's vast public transport network to reach the venue as this is often quicker, easier, and more convenient.

Parking Lots
There are more than 10 parking lots located around Citi Field, all within walking distance of the stadium. All lots are cashless and open one hour prior to the opening of stadium gates. Visitors can prepay for parking on the New York Mets website.

Accessible Parking
Accessible spaces are located in Lots B and F and are available to any guest displaying a valid accessible parking placard.
Access-A-Ride
The drop-off and pick-up location for all guests using the Access-A-Ride service is the Bullpen Gate on Seaver Way.
The rideshare drop-off and pick-up location at Citi Field is on Seaver Way.
Operated by New York Metropolitan Transit Authority (MTA), the Q48 bus will take guests to Citi Field. Just get off at Roosevelt Avenue & Mets-Willets Point for a 400 m (5 min) walk to the venue.

Subway
The easiest way to get to and from Citi Field is by taking the New York City Subway's 7 Line to Mets-Willets Point Station, which is around 400 m (5 min) walk from the venue.
Long Island Railroad (LIRR)
The LIRR travels direct to Mets-Willets Point Station from Penn Station, Woodside, and all stations on the Port Washington Branch, leaving you with a 400 m (5 min) walk to Citi Field.
Guests who wish to bike to Citi Field can make use of any of the 11 bicycle parking racks located outside of the ballpark. These racks are located in the following areas: first base side of the Rotunda, third base side of the Rotunda, and outside the Right Field Gate on Seaver Way.
Citi Field is a 1.4 km (17 min) walk from Downtown Flushing, which boasts a number of major hotels.

Adult Changing Tables
Adult-sized changing tables are available for use in the family restrooms near Section 312 and Section 420.

Assistive Listening Devices and Handheld Radios are available at no charge by visiting the Jackie Robinson Rotunda's Lost and Found desk on any game-day.
Accessible Entry Points
All entry points at Citi Field are accessible. Fans with accessibility needs may also enter through the Hodges, Seaver, or Stengel VIP entrances.
Drop-Off and Pick Up Location
The Bullpen Gate on Seaver Way is the drop-off and pick-up location for all guests using Access-A-Ride, NYC Accessible Dispatch, or Uber.

Citi Field has 11 elevators located throughout the venue. Guests with disabilities may take elevators to all levels of ballpark.
Accessible Parking
Accessible spaces are located in Lots A, B, F, and G.
Quiet Areas
Quiet areas can be found in the first base, third base, and left field elevator lobbies on the Plaza Level.
Ramps
Located in the left field corner behind sections 129, 329, and 429, the left field ramp is available for all guests and provides access to all levels of Citi Field.

Sensory Inclusion
Light sensitivity sunglasses, noise-reducing headphones, sensory bags, and weighted lap pads are available for guests with sensory processing needs.
Sensory Nook
A Sensory Nook is situated on the Empire Level across from Suite 229 for guests needing a respite from overstimulation while at Citi Field.
Service Animals
Service animals are permitted at Citi Field.
Wheelchairs
Wheelchairs are available for any patrons requiring assistance in getting from a ballpark entrance to their ticketed seat and/or from their seat back to an exit gate. Just ask a member of staff.
Wheelchairs belonging to visitors can also be stored at any Fan Assistance station.

First Aid
The First Response First Aid room at Citi Field is located on the Field Level across from the Hyundai Club third base entrance.
Lost & Found
The Citi Field Lost & Found Office is located in the Jackie Robinson Rotunda, next to the ticket office lobby.
As a cashless stadium, Citi Field does not have any ATMs, but instead has a number of reverse ATMs to help visitors convert their cash to a Mastercard.
Citi Field has a capacity of approximately 45,000. However, the capacity does differ between events depending on the seating configuration.
