Children's Mercy Park is located approximately 25 km west of downtown Kansas City, south of the Missouri River. With extensive parking options – many of which are free – it is most easily accessed by car.

Please note, all lots are open from 3 hours prior to kick-off until 2 hours after the final whistle. If cars are still in the lots after closing time, they will be towed to the Red Lot. Any vehicle deemed too large to occupy a single space (such as an RV, bus, camper, or trailer) may not park in any lot; they will be directed to an overflow lot near Orange Lot, which is accessed off State Avenue and 110th, where parking associates will direct you.

Hollywood Casino
Please note, if you park in the parking garage you may need to walk through the building; only adults aged 21 and above may enter. If anyone in your family or group is aged 20 or under, you can park in the surface lot. Otherwise, park on Level 2 or 4 of the parking garage and head to Level 3. Shuttles run from 2 hours prior to kick-off and for 1 hour after the final whistle, and they pick up and drop off near the Hollywood Casino Gate and Budweiser Brew House.

As a major US city, Kansas City offers a full range of accommodation to suit all tastes and budgets. The city is uniquely split between two states, and since Kansas City, Missouri is where its central core sits, accommodation tends to be more pricey here than in the suburbs of Kansas City, Kansas.
A variety of food and beverages are available from concessions points around the stadium.
There are 5 primary entrances into the stadium, which all open 90 minutes prior to kick-off (except for the UMB Field Club, which can be accessed 2 hours prior):

There are 32 public restrooms throughout the stadium, all of which are ADA accessible and equipped with baby-changing facilities.
There are 5 dedicated family restrooms available for parents with small children and fans with disabilities, located near Sections 101, 114, 121, 127, and 133. These also include adult changing tables.
Guide, signal and service dogs are allowed inside Children's Mercy Park with fans that need their assistance. No pets or other animals are permitted. Animals whose sole function is to provide emotional support are not recognized as service animals.
Service animals can be excluded from entering Children's Mercy Park for two reasons: if the animal is out of control and the handler does not take effective action to control it, or if the animal is not housebroken.
Communication boards are available at both First Aid stations on the concourse. These boards can aid engagement between kids, parents, caregivers, stadium associates, and between fans speaking different languages.
Eight hearing-impaired headphone sets are located at Guest Services, which can be found along the main concourse at sections 101 and 132.
Manually operated mobility aids (such as canes and walkers) and wheelchairs – both manually operated and electric – are permitted in all areas of the venue, although electric wheelchairs are only permitted where necessary to accommodate the attendee. Due to space restrictions on the concourse, and for the safety of all fans at Children’s Mercy Park, Segway’s, tri-bikes and golf carts are not permitted inside the stadium.
Wheelchairs can be provided when guests request them. Guests can go to the Fan Service kiosks at 101 and 132, as well as the concierge desks within the premium tower. Canes are allowed. Electric wheelchairs are not permitted unless necessary to accommodate an attendee.
Variety KC Sensory Kits are available for check-out at First Aid Stations and the DJ Booth inside of the Budweiser Brew House. Each kit contains noise-reducing headphones, a weighted lap pad, and sensory toys.
Fans are welcome to use the Variety KC Sensory Room located on the east side of the stadium. Please contact a Fan Service associate to be escorted to the room. This space offers comfortable seating, a TV to watch the match, sensory toys, dimmed lights, water features, and electrical wall outlets.
Any guest in need of assistance at Children's Mercy Park should contact an usher or staff member. In addition, Fan Service kiosks are located behind sections 101 and 132. Any Fan Service associate will be happy to answer any questions.

Children's Mercy Park can be reached via public bus routes 101 and 116. Get off at Village West Pkwy at Prairie Crossing Seb stop, which is 50 m (1 min) walk from the venue.
The closest train station is Kansas City Station, which is 24 km east of the stadium. It can be reached via the Missouri River Runner and Southwest Chief lines.
