North Station Garage parking area is open from 05:00-01:00 daily and is located directly underneath TD Garden. The Garage is equipped with multiple EV charging stations on levels 1 and 3. Access the parking area via the Nashua Street ramp located at 121 Nashua Street or via the Causeway Street ramp located at 140 Causeway Street.

Boston is a fairly small city, which has the benefit that most attractions and go-to places are within close range.
On each level of TD Garden, there are various concession stands offering many food and beverage options.
Guests are not permitted to bring outside food and/or beverage items into the arena at any time. Guests must dispose of the unauthorised items prior to entrance into the arena. TD Garden will not store any food or beverage items.
Visitors will be given a specific entry gate and asked to enter the arena only through assigned entrances based on seating location. "Know Before You Go" emails will be sent out prior to an event to advise on the most efficient path to their respective gate. Upon arrival, guests will be asked to show their mobile ticket. Please note that there is a no re-entry policy during events.
In addition to the main entrance at The Hub on Causeway Street, visitors attending events are also encouraged to use the entry points on the east and west sides of the building. There are elevators, escalators, and stairs to access each level.
The city of Boston is easily accessible by bike and cycling is a great way to get around and see the sights due to the bicycle network.
TD Garden is within walking distance of much of central Boston. It is approximately 1.5 km (18 min) walk from Downtown.

Baby changing stations are located in most restrooms throughout TD Garden. A family restroom is available inside First Aid on Level 4 near Section 15/16. Nursing accommodations are also available inside First Aid.

Tickets can be purchased at the TD Garden box office which is located on the North Station concourse between the Boston Garden Society lobby and the entrance to the MBTA passageway.
