Lucas Oil Stadium

There are 4 main entrances to Lucas Oil Stadium:

• Lucas Oil Gate – North
• Huntington Bank Gate – West
• Colts Gate – South
• Verizon Gate – East

Lucas Oil Stadium is a fully accessible facility. All gates and entrances are accessible using wheeled mobility devices.  The gates at Lucas Oil Stadium open to the public 2 hours prior to kick-off for Indianapolis Colts home games. For other public events, times will vary.

Family restrooms are available on all levels of the stadium:

Street Level (6 locations)

• Southeast corner, behind sections 117 and 118
• Northeast corner, behind sections 108 and 109
• Northwest corner, behind sections 144 and 145
• Southwest corner, behind sections 135 and 136
• Southwest concourse, behind section 132
• Southeast concourse, behind section 124

Loge Level (4 locations)

• Southeast corner, behind section 316
• Northeast corner, behind section 310
• Northwest corner, behind section 343
• Southwest corner, behind section 337

Terrace Level (3 locations)

• Southeast corner, next to G.S. kiosk, across from section 520
• Southeast corner, elevator lobby, across from section 517
• Northwest corner, across from section 549
• Southwest corner, elevator lobby, across from section 535

Baby Changing Stations

All Lucas Oil Stadium restrooms are equipped with baby-changing stations.

Assistance Animals

Animals, with the exception of assistive animals for guests with disabilities, are not permitted inside Lucas Oil Stadium.

Assistive animals are welcome inside Lucas Oil Stadium. Guests with assistive animals are encouraged to contact LOS management in advance of the event.

Wheelchair Availability

Guests may contact Guest Services to request a wheelchair escort to their seat for an event and then be picked up at the conclusion of the event.

Accessible Seating

Guests with disabilities holding non-accessible tickets are invited to any ticket window of the ticket office to request the exchange of their ticket that appropriately meets their needs. However, seats are subject to availability on a first come, first served basis. Ticket exchanges cannot be made for tickets purchased through other sources. The Ticket Office is located in the southeast corner of Street Level, across from section 118.

First Aid

The main First Aid Office is located in the north west corner of Street Level, adjacent from section 145 at the bottom of the pedestrian ramp. There are 5 satellite First Aid Stations throughout the building. There are 2 located on Street Level across from sections 118 and 145, 1 is on Club/Loge Level by section 323, and 2 are located on the Terrace Level near sections 519 and 544.

Street Level – There are 2 locations on Street Level.

Club Loge Level – There is 1 kiosk located on the Club Loge Level.

• Southwest corner, adjacent to section 330

Terrace Level – There are 2 kiosks located on Terrace Level.
