Visitors can get to the Wintrust Arena using either car/ public transportation. There is ample parking located at the venue, making it easily accessible via car. Using public transportation is a convenient alternative to driving. With bus stops conveniently located within walking distance, visitors can also utilise the Chicago 'L' Green and Red Lines and Metra.

There are 3 parking lots at McCormick Place, Lot A, B and C. Lot A is the closest to the Wintrust Arena and has access to the pedestrian bridges to the Wintrust Arena, Marriot Marquee Chicago and Hyatt Regency McCormick Place. For a GPS location to Lot A, use 2301 South Prairie Avenue, Chicago, IL 60616 as your destination.
Taxi Services
More than 5,800 city taxis are at your service in Chicago. Facility direction signs and personnel at the Concierge Desk will direct attendees to gates that are designated for your event.
“CHICABS” offers options for taxicab passengers to electronically hail (E-Hail) a taxicab through a mobile app. CHICABS approved apps also let passengers electronically pay (E-Pay) for the taxicab fare through the app. Download “Curb” from your favorite App Store. Click “Arro” for the Arro App site.
“Lyft” and “Uber” are licensed TNP companies with the City of Chicago. Download their application(s) from your favorite App Store.
Bus routes that pass via Wintrust Arena

Concessions and Food Stands
Concessions and food stands are located on all concourses of the Arena; offering a variety of Arena favourites including: hot dogs, hamburgers, BBQ, vegetarian options, and more.
Water Fountains
Water fountains are located throughout the building. They can be found directly next to the restrooms on each floor and feature fountains and water bottle refilling stations.
Restrooms are conveniently located throughout the venue.
Accessible Parking

Service Animals
Animals are not allowed in the Wintrust Arena with the exception of Certified Service Animals.
Elevators
There are 2 elevators located on west side of the building for guests’ convenience. Guests may use the elevators to go between the Ground floor and third level only.
Wheelchairs & Accessible Seating
Accessible seats can be purchased at the Wintrust Arena Box Office or online at Ticketmaster.com. Accessible seating is located on all concourses.
Guests are encouraged to bring their own mobility devices (e.g. wheelchairs, scooters, walkers, etc.) for the duration of events. Elevators are available for ease of getting to each concourse. Wintrust Arena does not rent out wheelchairs for our performances. However, if assistance is needed, a wheelchair can be provided for escort service to and from your seat.
METRA Rail (The Electric Line)
Located on Level 2.5 of the Grand Concourse in the South Building, the METRA Electric commuter railroad provides direct service within 7 minutes to and from downtown Chicago. Service from the Millennium (Randolph St.) Station (near the Fairmont Hotel) to McCormick Place begins early morning, with more frequent pick-ups during rush hours.
McCormick Square is part of the City of Chicago Bike Sharing System called Divvy. A 24-hour pass can be purchased at at Divvy Bike station for day of unlimited 30-minute trips. Bikes can be reserved and dropped off at any Divvy station around the city, including the station located in McCormick Square – 2301 S. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. There’s also an additional station located at Cermak and Wabash near the Cermak – McCormick Place Green Line Station.
ATM
ATMs are located in the main lobby and 3rd Level Concourse near sections 202 and 217.]
Lost and Found
Lost and Found is located on the second Floor Concourse in the Guest Services Booth by Section 114.
First Aid
EMT staff is always present in the Arena during events. Should a mishap occur, please contact one of our Arena staff members. We will contact an EMT staffer immediately. The First Aid office is located on the Concourse level at the north end behind section 113.
Wintrust Arena has a capacity of approximately 10,387. However, the capacity does differ between events depending on the seating configuration.
