Downtown in Cape Coral’s Caloosahatchee district undoubtedly outshines its neighbours for dining and nightlife. From the farmers market to the club, the district offers everything you could ask for. It’s also just moments away from Cape Coral Bridge which provides easy access to Fort Myers and other parts of Florida.
Cape Coral’s 2 main districts, Pelican, located on the southwest coast, and Caloosahatchee, located on the southeast coast towards Fort Myers. are quiet, quaint, and community-oriented. They may come with a more premium price tag, but most of their properties overlook private canals. Being close to the beaches and reserves too, the districts are peaceful and rich in Floridian nature.
Burnt Store on Cape Coral’s northwest coast is also ideal for nature lovers, being situated between Matlacha Pass Aquatic Reserve and Yucca Pens Unit State Wildlife Management Area.
Located on Cape Coral’s northeastern coast, Hancock is the city’s most accessible area to stay. Whilst you’re just minutes from Caloosahatchee and Downtown, you’re also just across the river from Downtown Fort Myers.
As Cape Coral is woven together by a web of waterways, it’s possible to get from A to B by boat, but most prefer to have a car to explore further afield.
