Mullett Arena is easily reached by car due to the amount of paid parking spaces available within walking distance to the arena. Visitors can also use public transport to reach the venue as it is close to bus lines and light rail lines.

Parking is available in lots surrounding the arena and spaces can be prebooked online through official and secondary suppliers. Parking lots will be staffed from 3 hours prior to the event and all parking is controlled by ASU Parking.
Patron Parking is in the Packard Structure Parking Garage and/or the Novus Parking Garage.
Pick-up and drop-off for Rideshare programs such as Uber and Lyft will be in Lot 10, Northeast corner of Rio Salado Pkwy, and Packard Drive, or Lot 50 off Veterans Way & 6th Street.

No outside food or drink - with the exception of one sealed plastic water bottle per spectator - is allowed in the arena, but there is a great range of delicious food and drink on offer at the venue. Mullett Arena features the following concession stands:

Door opening times may vary but it is typically 1 hour before the start of the event. Re-entry is not permitted.
Please note that there is a "no bag policy" where only small clutches no larger than 4.5″x6.5″ are permitted. Diaper and medical bags will be permitted and are subject to search. Guests may carry a seat cushion, with or without a back, no larger than 18”x18” with NO pockets or zippers. All bags are subject to search and possible x-ray scans. No backpacks, large purses, oversized tote bags, coloured plastic bags, solid drawstring bags, camera bags, binocular cases, mesh bags, or reusable grocery bags are allowed.
The centre of Tempe is just a 1.2 km (14 min) walk from the arena, however, due to the university location of the venue, there is plenty to see and do within the closer proximity.
There are toilet facilities conveniently located throughout the arena.
There is a universal changing table available in the family restroom on Level 1 behind Section 111. Baby changing tables are available inside all restrooms as well as inside the family restrooms located on all 3 levels.

Mullett Arena ticket prices can vary depending on several factors including the teams or players competing, the ticket type, and the ticket seller. It is generally more convenient and reliable to purchase tickets online as you can compare ticket types and prices and secure yourself the right ticket for you before arriving at the arena.

For most events, gates at the arena open to the general public 1 hour prior to the start time listed on the event tickets. For some events, you can find the gate/door opening time on Koobit by viewing the event’s Schedule tab. Timings should also be confirmed on your tickets when you receive them.
