The County Ground is easily accessible by car, train, and bus services. For train services, Derby is on the East Midlands Trains main line with direct trains from London St. Pancras via Leicester from the South, and Sheffield and Chesterfield from the North. For bus sevrices, Derbyshire County Cricket Club is well-connected by a number of bus routes, with a bus stop located just a minute’s walk from the main entrance.
If you are travelling by car, here is some useful information for your journey:
From M1 South
Take exit 25 for A52 Derby. After 6 miles arrive at Pentagon Island. The ground is 4th exit off this roundabout, signposted with Derbyshire County Cricket Club.
From M1 North
Take exit 28 for A38 Derby. After approx 13 miles, arrive at roundabout, take 1st exit A61, signposted with a brown cricket sign. Follow over 2 more roundabouts, stay on A61. At Pentagon Island, take 1st exit off roundabout into ground, signposted with Derbyshire County Cricket Club.
From Birmingham
Travel up A38 to A61 Little Eaton roundabout. Take 3rd exit, A61 Derby signposted with a brown cricket sign. Follow over 2 more roundabouts. At Pentagon Island, take 1st exit off roundabout signposted Derbyshire County Cricket Club.
From M6: Take exit, J15 (from south), J16 (from north), follow signs to A50 (Uttoxeter). Follow A50 approx 20 miles to A516 to Derby. Take A516 until it joins A38 then follow directions (from Birmingham) above.

Spectator parking will be available in the Pavilion car park, which is 100 m (1 min) to the venue. Parking is available to purchase.
While the Club will always try to accommodate all vehicles visiting the ground, admittance will be on a first come, first served basis. We ask that all visitors try and schedule their arrival at the ground, allowing plenty of time.

The County Ground can be reached via the Crosscountry National Rail and East Midlands Railway National Rail. Get off at Derby station, which is 1.8 km (22 min) walk to the venue.
Most of the accommodation in Derby itself is found in the city centre where the bars, shops, and restaurants await to entertain you. However, the Derbyshire countryside and its manor houses and castles offer a tempting alternative.
The Stowford Press Boundary Bar is an indoor bar and seating area. This will be open on selected matchdays. Food will still be available via the unit located outside the Stowford Press Boundary Bar, serving tea, coffee, and snacks such as breakfast cobs and sandwiches.
The main pedestrian entrance to The County Ground for Members and supporters on all matchdays. Ticket Collection Point is located by the Main Entrance by the Pavilion and accessible off Pentagon Roundabout.
Toilets are located conveniently throughout the venue.
Parking
Disabled parking spaces are available in The Pavilion car park.
