Wheelchair/Ambulant Disabled tickets are located on the wheelchair platform at the east end (in front of blocks 10, 11, and 12). All wheelchair tickets automatically include a complimentary carer ticket (unlike walking and other disabled tickets a carers ticket for the wheelchair platform DOES NOT need to be purchased).
Should mobility not be an issue, disabled customers can also book seats anywhere in the arena and also claim the cost of 1 ticket back by following the same procedure below. Please note, tickets for all members of the party including the carer, must be purchased in full to ensure they are all seated together, the adjustment for the carer cost will be applied once the proof has been received.
In order to apply for the carer ticket cost to be refunded please provide proof of disability (DLA letter, PIP letter, or CreAbility Access Card) to verification@seetickets.com, including your reference number. Your order will then be adjusted and the cost of 1 ticket refunded.
This ticket includes access to the Shopping Village all day and the Warm-Up Ring viewing area.
