Zürich Sports Events
FC Zürich is a professional Super League football club, Switzerland’s top tier, based at Stadion Letzigrund. The club also has a professional women’s team, FC Zürich Frauen, a top team in the Swiss Women’s Super League. These clubs share the stadium with the Grasshopper Club Zürich, their main Super League rivals.
Zürich is also home to professional ice hockey team based in Hallenstadion, Zurcher Schlittschuh Club Lions, who play in the National League.

The scenic Swiss capital of Zürich is set on the narrow corner afront the banks of the serene swan-filled Lake Zürich, overlooking distant snow-capped mountains. As one of the world’s wealthiest cities, Zürich is a refined and elegant city beloved for its luxury hotels, fine-dining restaurants, and designer boutiques. Hop on a bike and feel the wind in your hair as you explore the city’s wonderful waterfront or hop on a boat to lazily cruise up the Limmat River, but whatever you decide, be sure to stop at a badi (riverside swimming deck) afterwards to enjoy the Zürich sun like the locals do.
