The Estadio Metropolitano is located 10 km east of the Madrid's city centre. It connects with multiple metro and bus routes while parking is limited, so public transport is by far the most convenient way to travel to the stadium.

The connections with exit 10 of the M-40 and the A-2 from Avenida Luis Aragonés are 4 four minutes away from the Cívitas Metropolitano. Other options start at Plaza de Grecia, in front of the façade of the stadium with Avenida de Arcentales, Niza Street and Avenida de Canillejas to Vicálvaro as main access and exit routes.

Many of these lines (28, 38, 48, 140, and E2) offer an increased number of services on matchdays.
On matchdays, a special EMT service will also be in effect. This bus service will run from Canillejas bus station (which connects with EMT lines 77, 101, 140, 151, and 200, and Metro Line 5) to the stadium in a clockwise route, with 5 buses running every 5 minutes from 2 hours prior to kick-off until 90 minutes after the final whistle.
The route begins at the station and continues on Avenida de Luis Aragonés until Plaza de Grecia, where it reaches the stadium. From the stadium it heads back to the station via Avenida de Arcentales and Avenida de Canillejas and Alcalá street with an intermediate stop next to the Torre Arias Metro station.

There are around 50 turnstiles at the Wanda Metropolitano that run around the stadium in a clockwise fashion; please use the entrance that corresponds to your ticket. Turnstiles will typically open 2 hours prior to kick-off.

Disabled access is located at the South End via Gate 41. Disabled away fans will enter at the North End via Gate 27.
The stadium is accessible and includes accessible toilets and low-shelved refreshment kiosks.
There are 10 accessible toilets located across level 2; 5 women's and 4 men's, located between blocks 231 and 239. The other is a standalone unisex toilet between blocks 201 and 203. There is no Changing Place facility available at the stadium.

The nearest train station is Coslada Central, which can be reached via lines C2 and C7. This station connects directly with Metro Line 7, which can be used to reach the Metropolitano.
