Dundee is a relatively inexpensive city to visit with a full range of luxury, mid-range and budget accommodations. Stay anywhere from a 19th century manor in the countryside to a boutique hotel in the city centre, or even an old lodge.
To reach Dundee, fly to Edinburgh Airport (EDI), which offers direct flights to and from many major European cities, as well as major transfer airports…
Take the ferry to Broughty Castle – built on a islet of the Dundee coast, this castle has witnessed many battles between the English and the Scots over the years, a history you can learn all about at its intriguing museum before heading up to the observation deck for fantastic views of Dundee
