The home venue of Scarlets is Parc y Scarlets in Llanelli. Away games will usually be played at the rival team's home venue.

Scarlets tickets typically go on sale several weeks before each fixture. At the beginning of the season, when the United Rugby Championship (URC) schedule is announced, tickets for the first fixtures of the season go on sale; further ticket sales then open throughout the season, at regular intervals.
