SailGP Event Reviews

Overall event was great BUT production team or who every is responsible need to ensure the race event are screen and with audio. This is the second time when race starts have been missed. This was in the grandstand at Cadiz and Geneva. All well and good getting into partying and dancing then miss the starts. We are there for the racing.

We loved how smooth the event was managed, and absolutely loved the live Commentary on the TV monitors

Exciting racing at seemingly impossible speeds - and the underdog won!

Saturday was a waist of time especially when you have to travel so far and want to see a fully weekend of racing totally agree with the organisers on not returning to the same location. (Dolphins where?)

Sunday was great except for Australia crashing out.

Lower score than I would like to give only because of Saturday’s [problems].

We flew to Australia from New Zealand for the weekend - which was the first time we attended a SailGp event.

Spent the first day on a spectator boat, which was good - but lacked audio and visual.

On the second day we went to Shark Island to watch the event, and this was a good move.

Closer to the action, more atmosphere, and a great vibe.

If we went back, we would do this again.

Poor planning have on same weekend as Taylor Swift and Pride Festival. Too busy no accommodation

Great event dispite weather day 1. The mobile pay solution at the carpark didn’t work for us coming from Sweden.
