Due to its location with access to 2 cities, the arena can easily be reached by public transportation including SKM trains as well as ZTM trams and buses. There is also ample parking available at the venue for those wishing to drive.

There are various ways to enter the car park at the Ergo Arena. If you are traveling from Gdansk, you can either take Gospody Street or Zielona Droga (Green Route), which connects the venue with Grunwaldzka street. If you are driving from Sopot, you may either take Łokietka Street or, again, Zielona Droga, which connects the venue with Niepodległości avenue. You can pay for your parking with coins, a card, or BLIK using one of the installed parking meters.
Disabled visitors are welcome to use the Ergo Arena car park for free. For accessible parking, there are bays located near the B3 entrance with 20 spaces available. Additional spaces are also available at the P1 parking area. Disabled badges will need to be displayed here. The route from the parking area to the disabled entrance is properly marked. Access from the disabled parking area to the building is via a ramp leading to level 3 and the B3 entrance.
Bus is a popular way to reach the Ergo Arena as it has connections with several routes. Public buses are run by ZTM:

B3 entrance is the accessible entrance for all events except for basketball and volleyball league games. For these events, please use A1 entrance.

Ergo Arena has a capacity of approximately 11,409. However, the capacity does differ between events depending on the seating configuration.
