As the capital city of Malaysia, Kuala Lumpur boasts a number of the country’s top performing sports teams. These include Kuala Lumpur City F.C., a Malaysia Super League team who play their home games at the Kuala Lumpur Stadium, and ASEAN Basketball League team Kuala Lumpur Dragons who play their home games at the MABA Stadium. The city is also home to the Berjaya Dragons, an esport organisation that competes in the League of Legends Pacific Championship Series along with a number of other Asian countries.
Adult ticket prices including fees for events in Kuala Lumpur start from as low as MYR RM91 for basic tickets to MYR RM1,573 for the most premium tickets; with the average starting ticket price at MYR RM91. The price depends on a range of factors including the type of event, performers, venue, and ticket category.
Crowned by the Menara and Petronas Twin Towers, Kuala Lumpur’s ever-growing glass skyline is a proud display of its cosmopolitan character. Boasting upscale shopping malls and exclusive sky bars, it’s clear the city loves the finer things in life. Yet, as it revels in many modern-day thrills, the city keeps its unique mix of culture at its core. Turning from one street to the next, you will find Chinese, Indian, Southeast Asian, and even British influences in everything from its food to its architecture. Only in Kuala Lumpur can you be sampling mee goreng, a traditional Indonesian delicacy on a street food market one minute, and admiring the Moorish beauty of a British colonial building like the Sultan Abdul Samad Building the next.
Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
Wonderful golf to watch.
Not used to the heat so really appreciated the seating on the hill watching hole 15 and the Area by the 18th green
the semifinals matches started too late, and hence ended too late. There is a huge TV camera capturing the matches from the right side of the court, which blocked the view of the court! this was not mentioned when purchasing the tickets and it is a very bad experience for many whose views were obstructed
Very fun

enjoying the event and very happy can meet and greet with international player 😍. see again on PMM on may

Overall, the Malaysia Open was a great experience, but a few improvements can make it even better:
1. Temporary Storage System: Implement a sticker/label system for items temporarily stored. It’ll streamline the process and save time compared to searching manually.
2. Exit Arrangement: The main entrance to Axiata Arena can't be used for exiting. Visitors must walk around to the side, which is impractical, especially in emergencies. Alternative exits near the main entrance would help.
3. Accessibility for Wheelchair Users: On both days, I noticed wheelchair users struggling to exit due to narrow pathways and obstacles like machines. Staff assistance or dedicated exits for them would improve the experience.
4. Toilet Access: During the finals, toilet queues were extremely long for both genders. Level 4 was less congested—adding clear signs directing attendees there would reduce crowding.
5. Parking Issues: The ticketing system recognizes cars upon entry but frequently fails after payment, causing delays. This needs fixing for a smoother exit.
6. Prayer Room for Women: Provide an open and easily accessible prayer area for women, similar to PMM.
Would highly recommend attending, but these changes would significantly improve convenience for all.
