The Ladies Italian Open is a professional women's golf event, part of the Ladies European Tour.
This annual competition was first held in 1987 and has been a regular fixture on the LET calendar for much of the time since. It returned to the calendar in 2021 after a 6-year absence.
The 2024 edition was held at Golf Nazionale, outside Rome, for the first time as England's Amy Taylor – on the back of making a wish at Rome's iconic Trevi fountain – earned her maiden LET title. After being absent from the 2025 calendar, the event returns at 2026 at Golf Club Milano.
