Overview
- ⏱️7 daysApproximate duration
La Vuelta Femenina - formerly known as La Madrid Challenge by La Vuelta before 2020 and the Ceratizit Challenge by La Vuelta until 2022 - is an elite women's professional road cycling race held in Spain.
In 2016, the event became part of the UCI Women's WorldTour only a year after its first running when it started as a single-day road race in Madrid's centre coinciding with the last stage of the men's race; La Vuelta. In 2018, a time trial stage was added and in 2020, a third day of racing was added, taking place beyond the borders of Madrid, hence the change of name.
Since 2023, the event now stands alone as a race in its own right. In 2026, the race takes place between 4-10 May 2026.
La Vuelta Femenina Tickets
The race takes place over public roads and so no entry ticket is required to watch the cyclists; simply choose your spot along the route and get there in plenty of time before road closures to cheer them on.
You can find the full details of the route on the La Vuelta Feminina website.
